Wish our logo hadn't changed
The logo change can easily cost a company like Qualcomm $10M or more with all that cost of rebranding. Wonder whose brilliant idea was to change to a logo that looks like a bad pirated copy of the original logo. Could have saved a few jobs instead.
Why in the world does Broadcom wants us this bad?
Talk about going to extremes. Seriously, why are we this important?

Cost to keep 500 VP and SVP
Annual cost per VP/SVP is around 2M. Total cost to keep them happy is close to one billion per year. Other technology companies like intel/apple/google have very less number of VPs. Maybe one per 1000 engineers while Q averages one per 100. If we... — read more

Has QC posted a WARN notice?
I heard layoff numbers between 3000 and 4000 employees before Tuesday. Doesn't a WARN notice have to be posted when numbers are that high? Last layoff were within that range and a WARN notice was required. Does this mean the layoff isn't happening?
Sell All Shares Tomorrow
Tuesday is V-B or V-Q day, so tomorrow is the last day to sell the shares at a good price. There are only three options: a) AVGO loses control of the board, and walks away to chase after XLNX or some other pretty next-big-thing. QCOM shares drop... — read more
