Do new grads typically get laid off even if they don’t make six figures? What do they look at when cost cutting

I got an offer recently and Q will layoff lots of guys, shall I leave?

Will we be notified during October first week or September? When can we expect

There will be no round one, round two, and so on. What we will have is a constant stream of layoffs every few months with no end in sight. Not until we get different management, at least.
