Quality of engineers have gone bad in recent years. Not only new joinees but experienced engineers are also not good. I found few of them take things granted and wouldn't take tasks seriously. Also Qualcomm seems to have lowered the promotion bar.

Worked at QCA SJO for 7 years till about 5 years ago. Have reached out to folks I know. They have not responded. Work for a company now that heavily uses QCA solutions including the WCN785X and possibly QCC517X as well
