Thread regarding Crown Castle International Corp. layoffs

There's been no follow-up in my team since the layoffs

Nobody's acknowledged the people we lost, and the workload is crushing. The manager isn't even trying. It's not just the volume, there are critical gaps. Even if we wanted to pick up the slack, there are some things we simply can't do.

Don’t you dare ask for help, you will be ridiculed and put on the next layoff list.

Don’t count on management to lend a hand either, they don’t do that here - it’s beneath them. Unlike other companies, management isn’t ultimately responsible for work, you are. Don’t be fooled

There is no correlation to job performance and retaining your job at Crown Castle, so when you are unable to complete a task, simply claim it is done and move on.

just mark it complete and send it on. If it comes up again she will help us collaborate and create best in class strategic initiatives to change course and rapidly improve
