Just got called into a meeting about how long bathroom breaks “should” be, and what times we are “allowed” to take them.
AP has camera footage and tracks employees that are on the clock.
How is this legal!??

@902- ap for 20 years? you need to rethink your life choices.
As a 20 year AP person.. AP dont give 2 sh--s how long your in the bathroom.... we have better things to do.. like keep track of how many hours the SM takes for lunch or only works 4 hours a day or the associates that do d-mb things like... idk... steal. we dont care what you do as lomg as it isn't stealing. we lile catching thieves ... which is what we chose to come and do... period. quit being a whiner and pointing yourself out but shifting attention to ap because you are feelimg guilty for spending hours in the bathroom on your phone scrolling tiktok... we dont care.
@aa of the SM is asking for it, they most certainly can and will. why hate on Ap when you know damn right well all the SMs aint doing sh-t! call excel on them? i didnt think so. you also know the SM will know who called. it aint as anonymous as you think¡
There is an mtm who’s spends the first hour in the bathroom every single day she works. Maybe it’s for her
458 Crabtree mall. Has Been trough countless AP’s. One thing they had in common is they all got fired.
Now I’ve heard it all.
This company is literally crumbling in front of our eyes….and AP is worried about how many bathroom breaks someone takes..you’ve got to be kidding.
Belk is so desperate it's pitiful. How much more can they cut?
We don't AP and haven't had it for six or seven years.
I'm a longtime manager. You need to call excel or someone higher than a store manager.
Our AP is as useless as a screen door on a submarine
AP cant do that.
That is a bunch of BS. They can’t do that. I would call Excel line on them. It is not their business about how many times you use the bathroom. Especially if you have a medical condition. That’s walking a fine line.
