may be a small one.
@ak so MANAGEMENT and the Executive Team.
We could have some common India leader accountable for all this issues. It is like running doors to doors to find a solution. Pathetic facilites and hygiene at office. Not sure where do we raise. Members can't call on listed numbers everytime for getting help.
@p0 in US we don't have proper HR. Our manager is in India, excludes US employees, doesn't tell us information on purpose, and puts blame on us rather than holding the rest of the team accountable. It is a horrible working situation and no one to go to for improving it.
In India we don't have a proper HR who can help us. We had ZERO motivation from HR in raising issues. We don't have place where we can raise issue without hesitation on Insurance, CLC, managers, facilities
Our managers don't come office and force to come office no team member is coming too. Does it is white boarding
We are not right persons
But leadership should visit the list of directors and managers from India. And remove some managers and directors who have very bad in dealing or treating people.
They rarely visit office even if they visit they disappear very early without we getting time to discuss with them.
Not sure if this problem is r&d or other organisations in India also
Who are they going to layoff? Who is left to keep the lights on? Trim the fat? What fat? Everyone is already struggling doing the job of 2-3 people..
If your resume isn't already updated, blame yourself. You should already have it in circulation by this point.
When was the last layoff?
Feels like this is announced monthly.
@a8 It might if the board fires SM and the other incompetent leadership and brings in some leadership with experience and a proven track record.
@ak Well, based on Teradata’s sales and results, that’s all of you.
It's not really an aggressive RIF, think of it more as trimming off some people who're coasting and not driving value
Ugh. Does it ever end?
