It’s been pretty quiet at P66 lately. Is this the calm before the storm?

@1n6 what a great post and sums up all of Phillips 66. A company adrift with leadership that loves the perks of their roles but not the work that goes along with the responsibility.
The fact that the CCO is unknown is an utter failure in and of itself. That role owns the Code of Conduct, sets the ethical tone, and should be deeply engrained in every part of the organization’s culture. When employees don’t know who the CCO is, it signals a breakdown in governance long before it becomes a personnel issue.
A CCO should be a visible, credible leader, not unqualified “bar run‑off” from HF Sinclair. Compliance is a profession, not a placeholder. Putting someone in the role who lacks the regulatory depth, legal grounding, and cultural authority to lead ethics is more than a bad hire, it’s a structural failure by leadership and the board.
Organizations don’t drift into misconduct because of one scandal. They drift because the people responsible for culture, ethics, and accountability are invisible, unqualified, or misaligned. An unknown CCO is not just a red flag, it’s the band playing on the Titanic.
@ew who is the CCO? That title is not listed on the executive website.
@p0 Because of the war we will have a fantastic quarter
Second quarter results soon. Should be interesting….the storm is coming
@js ya sure thing
Weird! Everything posted about the Bartlesville Control Center gets taken down. New Union to be announced very soon! Stay tuned
@ew if only Tractor Man would find greener pastures to plow under.
The CCO is no longer employed. Hopefully the culture will see a lift.
@c2 What was the news?
Not too quiet….fantastic news announced Monday afternoon!
The complainers don’t have anything to complain about? It’s been pretty nice!
