@1cw down right toxic
Tax department is an utter snake pit….99% politics, 1% technical delivery. Just a matter of time
Anywhere in D&IT. Utter vile snake pit inhabited by invertebrates. But yes 5 billion realized in defunct 1990s ERPs. Vile. Well done.
@170, as someone already said, can’t post personally identifiable info here.
@170 Has happened to me also, several times. I'm not sure what gets you censured. I felt that I was accurate and non-confrontational. Maybe soften it a bit somehow. I don't know.
I have posted twice to this thread and it keeps getting deleted. Transparency my a$$
@rv if this is what I think it is.. In HR? they changed their division name? I had friends who worked there and the stories I heard back then were crazy. I can only imagine what it's like now.
D&#D! One very toxic Manager there and in another part of that bldg some serious backhanders going on.
@kb Yes, he is right, if the monthly apology does not cover the bs then you've got a problem.
just gotta put ur head down and move that clock along to 4 pm...wake up and do it again next morning...dont worry about the why just do the what, when and how... celebrate ur apology end of month and keep going...
Every department has a crazy ego maniac director, show me one that doesn't?
The official handbook is the 48 laws of power, that is the company’s code of conduct.
Wow! This is gold.
The whole place is infected. Tribal egos & immature emotional temperament, dead eyes, two-faced bait & switchers, every one of them is looking forward to the day when they can enact their perfect revenge, must keep everyone in suspended te---r, oppressive circus act but other than that when it comes to the actual work they are very incompetent. The official handbook is the 48 laws of power, that is the company’s code of conduct.
Anything related to contracting or finance. Heard IT was bad too. Honestly, it might be more worthwhile to ask what department is NOT toxic.
It’s not worth responding, the whole thread probably won’t last long. Besides naming the top dogs, mods nuke posts that name names or include personal identifiers.
enterprise risk/market risk one? lol
