The managers wonder why morale is low, they wonder why people don't care anymore.
They don't take care of the people that shows up to work and when they do punish the ones that calls in all the time, some how it ends up being everyone included at the buffet.
Short handed, no communication, no help, and no rewards for hard work beside a paycheck.

3M management will make everything better, you can trust them. HR is also available to help employees.
The system is referred to as 3M welfare, and our site typically receives 4 to 6 calls per day. Everyone has learned how to navigate it. Out of 25 employees on shift, 17 have 3M welfare in addition to vacation and caregiver benefits. Some employees work only twice a month and receive full pay. Thank you, 3M. When HR discovers that all 3M welfare is exhausted, they accommodate call-ins, leaving management puzzled about why we’re always behind in shutting down equipment due to staffing shortages. Consequently, they cut jobs for those who consistently show up and keep operations running.
A direct result of a toxic workplace, one of many unfortunate
remember , your sick days are actually holiday's, use up as many as you can and always remember to get better before you go back.
And learn some grammar while you're at it, particularly when to use singular and plural forms.
If they're not going to give out raises, they're adding to my workload without promoting me, and they're going to claw back benefits, I'm going to give myself a few extra vacation days to make up for it.
OMG OMG OMG, some people are slacking at cruddy 3M? The horror! 😱
How about you learn to stay in your lane, do the absolute bare minimum needed to keep your supervisor off your back, and go home?
Come to realize that it's someone's job to performance-manage them, but it sure ain't yours.
