Every dog has its day ….. the upper management who made these decisions are a Centene number as well and 9 times out of 10, they too will eventually be out in a lay off ….. it’s the game of business…. Karma at the end always comes …. Do not dwell and just accept and wait it out or apply and hopefully leave to something better. VSP or not, this place is not worth our sanity

@a7 Never said those were the only 2. Im asking because there are several but I didn't feel the need to list them all out individually so I generalized expecting more clarity.
CM here as well, It is definetly possible for me to finish out and only have to transfer a few member to other CM. I got 12/11/2026 date.
Seems like if they have other employees to carry out your job tasks you got the 9/4 date. Crazy how they made the determinations. I firmly believe that sr people leaders had weigh in on the overall decision and separation dates.
