STL and certain TLs hire their friends and pre-select people before interviews are held. Openly racist, corrupt, backstabbing liars running this store. Needs a thorough investigation.
If there is an inefficient, unproductive way to do something, Whole Foods will do it....INVENTORY
Inventory has to be the worst part of the job! The way we go about our system of counting inventory needs to be changed to avoid burning out team members more than they already are. My store doesn't even start counting until 9 or 10pm and there are... — read more

You could buy a small car with our Produce dept's labor deficit....
why is it some people get a free pass? If that was out team, people would be fired. It will take them the entire year to make this up.

Building Out Stores to Not Open
I hear they are now taking new locations that are questionable and building vanilla boxes and not opening them because they are afraid of disappointing sales. Imagine the cost to fit out a store and let it sit idle until sometime in the future when... — read more
Anyone notice ?
What was supposed to be attrition has turned into a witch hunt to simply fire people. It seems lately that people are getting separated for the littlest things. That cutting payroll seems to be done by trimming the fat at the top.
We're raising the minimum hiring wage AGAIN but not raising any ATL/TL pay?
This is getting ridiculous. The gap just keeps shrinking between hard working TMs who have worked their way up and those that just stumble in. They used to reward longevity but that was back when TM happiness was actually a thing. This kind of joke... — read more

Something not being said about those nine fired STL'S (Virginia, Maryland, D.C) An ugly truth...
