Laat year we were promised a pay review every year at end of Q2, start of Q3. Although its just a review and at the end they can say they reviewed and we get nothing I wonder if they will honour the review commitment.
DXC shares
Looking at the DXC share price. Fair to say it's seen better days, I'm losing money If I current withdraw, but I risk losing it all going the way we are. What's people thoughts? Can management fix this ? Currently sitting at a 30%-40% loss with the... — read more
Amazing staff, not so amazing execs?
Every town hall we hear the same message from the execs in that they go to all out global offices and meet ‘amazing’, ‘innovative’, ‘inspirational’, ‘hard working’ staff etc etc. I can’t say that any of the execs I’ve seen on the town halls has given... — read more
10 to 8 to 6 to Chapter 11
The quarter is looking so rough and it’s hard to imagine 2025 closing above $10 a share. By mid-2026 exits from both institutional investors and larger accounts can only speed up, meaning the stock will see under $8 and more like the upper fives by... — read more
Who are all these people?
The whole problem with this company is the lack of visibility beyond line managers. I have no idea who my manager’s manager is, I’ve never met them, and I’ve never received a single message from them. Above that, there are another four layers of... — read more

Have you caught “Super excitedeness” yet?
Maybe it’s my internet connection but I haven’t caught all this ‘excitedness” and the more severe strain of “super excitedness” that all the execs on town halls seem to be experiencing right now. Should I be worried, should I see my network engineer... — read more

So Many Layers of Management they are falling over each other

DXC is Bernie in weekend at Bernie’s
In my opinion we are DOA…. Catastrophic results month after month… the new leaders took a company with a chance and a heartbeat only to ki-l it and pretend it’s alive and kicking. Anyone who was worth keeping have long since gone and more going. ... — read more
It’s always the people with skills and experience who go first
That’s about as solid proof as you’ll ever get that leadership is brain-dead. No wonder we’re circling the drain.
Is the acquisition back on? October 28

Is DXC done?
I’ve been watching things slide downhill here for a while, and it makes me wonder if there’s any way back. The cuts, the constant churn, and the lack of direction are really showing. Feels like we’re on borrowed time unless something drastic changes. — read more

Big brother Spying
Has it begun? Are HR not supposed to inform us what the policy change is? In Germany it has to go through the Union. They can’t randomly start doing these sorts of things. Have any processes been observed on your devices?
Adding it all up
So we've got the infamous rto spreadsheet tracker, we've got the big brother spying on employees and we've got the 80% job elimination project... Does all of this represent one "plan"?
Work smarter is the cry, but management make it harder
DXC management say they want to make working practices easier, sinot sure when requesting RTA’s the approval approvers have gone from 3 to 6 all the way to the top. How us that making things easier and more effective management?
Let's be honest, DXC is an irrelevant dead duck.
