Another linkedin post where the poster and the former employee is sharing his opinion based on what he has experienced and have someone others go through with fake PIPs. And guess what the two XOM lifers and kool-aid drinkers do? Defend DW and mgmt. committee. One drinker defends PIPs by saying those all who got PIP deserved it and even before Covid. Another snake, brown noser, and kool-aid drinker defends Dareen, MC. Both of these DWs peons are calling the poster sour grapes. Especially when neither these two have been on the other side and neither experienced what it feels like being on the other side. These two id--ts also know how exactly XOM people who were laid off in 2020. They were treated with all but dignity and respect. There's a whole WhatsApp group of these people and if you hear their individual stories on how they were treated and lack of support, it is horrendous. But these two snakes dont want to know nor acknowledge any of these but rather act and defend their soul owner DW and MC. Such a pity souls. The unfortunate really and state at XOM? These two snakes lifted their heads to protect their masters and there are many more like them. Look around your desks and start identifying these snakes who will strike and bite you in during your vulnerable time. Shame on you guys. Those of your friends who know how Xom operates has now seen your true colors.

Just saw a video on Tik Tok posted by Cresa Atlanta advertising the lease… when will the employees be told.

So, I have been daily reposting an analyst’s article on Medicare Advantage struggling. The article listed all the main MA companies, including Humana.

I also had added a not how folks could switch to Original Medicare during this upcoming open enrollment.

Well, guess what?! I just checked and Ll of my reposts of that article in LinkedIn, including today’s repost, has been removed from my profile.

Guess deep pockets Humana must have paid off gutless (no scruples) LinkedIn.

This of course is mere speculation and cannot be proven by myself.

God forbid anyone tells the truth about the threats and abuse from management.

Wasn’t it great to see the person that represents Verizon to Congress to help offshore jobs, go to Ireland where those American jobs were moved to and celebrate it on LinkedIn? In light of all the companies I see firing people for their comments regarding Charlie Kirk's assignation and then the Pulse article titled "Pause Before You Post: A Reminder on Social Media Responsibility", I figure social media posts will be ELV next way of firing people. They will be able to reduce numbers while not having to pay severance...smh

It’s really ridiculous reading these bragging about Q1 financial success and people excited below in the comments with peans. This results cost hundreds suddenly laid off employees, not raises, not focal for every singular worker. That’s exactly the politics - you are important, you bulid our success.
