Why does belk have a New York office if they don’t have any stores in New York, or even a footprint in the Northeast?

you have a fancy new york office and no a/c in your stores in Bu-------k Mississippi
It's for private label design and for the financial folks...the private equity folks need quick access to pile on my debt
