I heard if you get meets expectations this year you only get 50% of your bonus. Anyone else heard this? I asked my manager and they didn't know so I called HR and they said there is no info available to them and to wait and see.

@ng lawyer up! common law notice in Ontario is generally 4 weeks per year based on total compensation, including bonus, RSU and benefits.
Hello, I was impacted as well this year. I did connect with hr and they said a system will send email informing for bonus. I did get email yesterday and during mid year i was in meets category but in email it said due to performance no bonus will be given. Based in Canada and so unfair for past 10 years always got bonus and now when got let go they rejected bonus stating performance issue. Dont know what to do!
@hy it only listed the number of severance weeks. HR said we should get a separate email from Intuit before July 31 with our rating and bonus amount if applicable.
@gn I would imagine that would be noted in your separation documents.
Been impacted by the recent mass layoffs and still waiting to hear if my annual bonus is coming through. HR hasn’t given me a clear answer yet. Did you end up getting your bonus?
It's between 50 and 90 percent. Check your email for an email called compensation update from Sasan. It's laid out there.
