What fifteen years taught me
I got into banking fifteen years ago and thought I'd seen it all. Market swings, mergers, rounds of cuts, new regimes. Through all of it, people kept their job searches quiet. That was the rule. You don't talk about leaving until you're gone... — read more

Counting down the days
My retirement date is my only light at the end of this BofA tunnel. I'm too experienced for most entry level roles and seen as too old for the senior jobs I'd actually want. It's a very frustrating and powerless position to be in professionally.
