Employee Reviews

The lack of transparency on this is outrageous. The amount of people that need to approve just one review is excessive and adds weeks of unnecessary delay to an already slow process.

Why do you need 3 people to approve 1 review when there is limited salary increase, lack of promotions and no morale?

Anyone actually call ethics hotline before ?

Have a situation and have not had annual review yet, but pointed out unethical, immoral and possible illegal acts of our executive to my manager and their one up manager late in year.... sent via email and of course nothing was responded to in writing but called me back via teams and was told to never send something like that via email again..

I think I might be rewarded with inconsistantly meets or do not meets because of these actions...

Anyone have any experience reporting something like this?

CEM ie ServiceNow is just a busy tool.. Does anybody else forced to use this??

The CEM tool in ServiceNow is just something to keep you busy and something you can get in trouble for if you don't enter your time. They use it under the guise of wanting to know what you're working on. But when you're assigned to one customer and bill your time in GPS against that customer, you know what I'm working on. The kicker on this tool is that you can't show more than 40 hours in a week against it. God forbid you actually show real hours you work, then there might be a lawsuit to pay management overtime!! It's just a time waster, and honestly, they don't track it. I didn't hear any issues until the end of the year, when I had a gap in time on the tool.

Want the public to know the Real DXC

You all can post on this site every minute of every day and it won’t make a difference.

You want the public The analyst? that rate DXC n the financial markets to know what’s really is going on with. moral , non-existence merit pay increases

Then hit them where it will be seen , Pist in their social media posts, Linkedin in etc.

I have an am starting to get a lot more likes (people stepping up) than I did 2 years ago.

Also if you hate your employer so much , why are you still there, afraid to get another Job , don’t have the skills required, comfortable (i was and stayed 13 years with 2 pay increases)

Thank you customers and supporting cast

I am sending warm holiday greetings and a big hug to all of our customers and managers like the HR leader helping us on this board. You have been with us and donated time and comments to help us. Some customers also hit them in their pocket book to stand with us. I am a single mom who feels disrespected and totally frightened and your help is really gratifying and loved by us all. Happy holidays to all of you who stand with us! I saw a nice email from the CEO wishing us happy holidays and it was nicely written. Maybe the grinch’s heart is warming and the changes we need in the changing of bad leaders will come in January. I am hoping for that more than anything.

If you sale your soul to ruin other lives

What’s the point of anything?

Did this post somehow catch your eye?

Is it making you stop to think? Feeling the need to comment?

Does it resonate with you some way?

Moral compromises?

Are you lying to yourself?

Deep down, gut feeling, do you know you are doing something wrong?

No fear of what is to come next?

Remember we are but a blip on the timeline.

Looks like you made it this far.

Maybe this post is the reminder or push you need to turn around your soul rot.

Is your soul rotting at U.S. Bank?

Nawani seemed to be very nervous in the recent townhall

His body language was off and he glossed over the questions with one line replies, especially to the question on what the regulators have said or done since the last time they visited Citi.
and Why did E Drew throw the former leadership under the bus and was boastful about the data catalog (which is just a retooled version from a vendor I believe?) and other very average things that her huge team of 50+ have 'delivered'?

Tough Times

I get it, times are tough here at AT&T. You might live really far away from a hub and now you have to drive for hours to get here. Maybe you are even sleeping in the parking lot over night. I feel for you. But for the love of God, if you are going to be hotboxing cigs for hours in your car, keep some fresh clothes in a bag and think about using the showers on the first floor. No one should have to smell you all day long.

Matthew Breitfelder is a self-promoter!

I tried to get a meeting with him to discuss my business at Apollo and was told "the earliest he has available is three weeks out". Yet the guy post on LinkedIn everyday where he is attending some bs HR boondoggle, receiving some paid for award as the best HR guy. Why don't we do a survey inside about HR. I think HR is one of the most unresponsive, arrogant group of employees who actually think they run the business. In fact, Matthew told one of my colleagues he could our CEOs job. What a joke!

Predictions 2026

Well, 2025 is almost over. It's time to revisit the 2025 predictions and make new ones for 2026.

I don't really know which rule the predictions thread violated, but the original 2025 Predictions thread disappeared after being up for a really long time. Not sure what happened there. Someone partially resurrected it here: https://www.thelayoff.com/t/1k38aeyac

So, weigh in on which predictions were right, and make some new predictions for 2026.

post gazette article on Pnc

I just read the article in the post gazette regarding PNC. I’m not going to discuss any particular company, but what I will chime in on is that it is not ANY company‘s fault that downtown Pittsburgh has fallen apart and no one comes downtown anymore. They have continued to build more housing instead of investing in stores for people to shop. The crime is worse downtown. People have been as--ulted and shot in broad daylight. The whole downtown smells like mari--ana and ur--e. It is an embarrassment of a city and I can’t believe that the NFL draft is coming here next year.

And my final comment… regardless of what company you work for, forcing employees to come downtown is not going to help the economy or boost our city because people are struggling with the money that they are making, and can’t afford to go out and eat every day or park every day. A lot more people are probably using public transportation. I know I couldn’t afford to pay $25 a day to park. In the summer when I would come into work, I used to walk downtown on my lunch but now I’m afraid to. I stay in the building during my lunch. Just off the top of my head I recall a man walking around downtown with a machete, and also a different man was as--ulting women and exposing himself. As a woman, men in leadership positions need to understand the fear that women have of getting as--ulted. Thankfully, this has not happened to me, but I know someone that this happened to downtown. She is traumatized.

If the mayor of the city is going to put pressure on local companies to bring their employees into work to boost the downtown economy, it is not going to work. We are not all millionaires that can afford to go out and eat every day and shop at Larimer‘s. They have removed all of the cheaper, eating places like McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Arby’s and others. To eat lunch at one of the restaurants downtown plan on dishing out at least $30 for a meal. We in the middle class do not make enough money to do that.

Please note these views are of my own opinion, and I am not speaking on behalf of anyone else, trying to represent a company or speaking on behalf of any particular company.

Did you know

I would like to bring to your attention concerns regarding leadership practices and workplace conduct that may require investigation. There appear to be patterns of behavior that could potentially expose the organization to significant legal and financial liability.

Specifically, there are allegations of:

  • Management practices that may not align with professional standards
  • Possible involvement of Human Resources in matters that warrant review
  • Concerns about workplace monitoring and external consultancy activities

If you have experienced similar concerns, I recommend documenting your experiences and considering whether to consult with colleagues or seek appropriate guidance through proper channels. Collective action through established procedures may be warranted to address these workplace issues and offer you better protection.

I encourage anyone affected to follow appropriate protocols for reporting workplace concerns through private legal counselling, private advocacy groups or governmental organizations. This includes refraining from contacting HR or using the whistleblower hotline. They will identify the most traumatic method to attribute responsibility back to you.

Over and out

Delusion of disconnected DXC leaders

What a f ing joke, Drum on a Town Hole says i know what everyone is asking about pay, so to get rid of the question, if applicable to you be paid sometime in March dont know dates speak with jenny ragger. Youll fall of your chair if you listen to the replay.

This company is now trying to b5ll its way as a AI outfit, good luck..

Why are discover employees not posting here anymore?

I know. It's because they've blocked access to it from work and put the fear into them that it's hopeless to succeed. Rest assured all Discover employees will be destroyed. Happy Thanksgiving 2025 !!!

Don't overeat cuz you won't be able to run when Capone puts you on a fake PIP to be fired.
