Surprising number of individuals leaving recently from all different titles/backgrounds. Bad leadership seems to be the common denominator and not listening to what employees want.

I have heard from several people in the industry that Medtronic has become a known quantity. Candidates are turning down offers and recruiters are struggling to fill roles because everyone knows what it is like to work here.

And hence all the problems. This ain't going to be fixed unless that' fixed.

That's what Medtronic should be renamed, because that's how everything works here. You either know somebody higher up or you're related to them and you can soar. The rest of us are sc--wed, though.

Very odd it’s not in May, think they’re cooking the books with the layoffs to make the numbers look good? New CEO announcement? New RTO policy?

Layoffs like this should get local attention. They’re 100% offshoring all of these jobs, taking away from local communities (looking at you CRM, GOSC)
