Rumor from WCIB is that we will be expected in office 4 days a week. Guess they are trying voluntary layoffs again to get people to quit.

Are we going to be dinged if we aren't in office 15 days this month? Can anymore enlighten me on how the reporting is? 11 days or 3 days a week??

How are they accurately measuring these? My coworker runs outside 6 times a day so does each time he badges in count towards his 12 day a month requirement? Does reporting show like 40 badge swipes?

I’ve heard all kinds of numbers, with some rumors going as high as 7000. Nobody in my immediate team was affected, but we’re a fairly small group.

She’s a terrible leader and widely disliked for her utter disdain for the workers. “Leading” the bank but in the wrong direction, the bank is a total mess across the board with her incompetence. Such fake and purchased recognition.
