Coffee badge reporting

Just like the other poster who reported a coffee badging colleague, I think it’s all our duty to do this. Coffee badging is a business code of conduct violation, as evidenced by the recent Code of Conduct training and the article about being deceptive about working time and location using a mouse jiggler. You can anonymously report the coffee badging activity using the Speak Up or ethics hotline I believe. I haven’t done this since I haven’t seen anyone do it myself in person, but I think that guy who reported his colleague, didn’t do anything wrong. In fact, it is in line with the TIAA code of conduct to report an ethics violation. If HR does anything about it, that’s up to them. But technically it is our duty as employees to report this type of behavior.

RTO Tracker Missing Days

I come into an empty office 10-12 days a month. Why are my days missing? How is this goal bring tracked? Are we going to start tracking all of the “extra hours” I put in at home after being on calls all day.

The wait time for HR is 70 minutes. I am not giving up on this. Someone should have validated this data before publishing.

Dumpster FIRE

P66 is literally a dumpster fire. I am utterly amazed that industry reporting and publications are remaining so silent. It could be that entities or people that stand to lose a lot are pushing the stock price up to get out. Make no mistake, there are significant internal issues and deficiencies that are on borrowed time. The reality I believe exists is that the damage is irreversible. The connection from top to bottom has been severed. There is no longer any trust or pride. It has become a purely transactional relationship between company and employee. One of the greatest petroleum stories ever in American history is on the brink of ending. Bartlesville will never be the same.

UnitedHealth promised transparency. Instead, it’s cutting back key disclosures

Amid financial and reputational turmoil, top executives at UnitedHeath Group have promised to bring more transparency. A new reporting policy from the health care giant is doing the opposite.

This week, UnitedHealth listed just 10 subsidiaries in its annual report, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A year ago, the company disclosed nearly 3,100.

The math ain’t mathing!

FIS Official Anonymous Ethics Hotline and Reporting

Start lighting fires and speak up. We already know they don't care, so throw some gasoline on the fire and start throwing all these do nothing cowards under the bus.

Any idea when the enhanced IOE reporting goes live?

In a January post (https://www.thelayoff.com/t/1kezt9p2t), a couple of folks mentioned enhanced IOE reporting that is coming. “Enhanced” means cross-referencing badge swipes with the laptop connection to the Truist wifi. One of my colleagues who is close to HR confirmed that there is a team dedicated to this activity, but he did not know when it was going to be rolled out to managers. If you’re on the team – or close to someone who is - please let us know when the reporting is scheduled to go live. Reason I’m interested is that my managers are going to be all over this when it happens. They are already hassling people who aren’t hitting the 5-day target. If you miss one day in a given week, you’re getting an email. “You didn’t get manager approval!” So much for flexibility and treating experienced adults like adults

Reporting structure changing for stores

RXM no longer reports to store manager as of March 1.

RXM will report directly to District Pharmacy Supervisor (performance, discipline, and evaluation/coaching all owned by DPS).

Dotted line reporting means the MGR and RXM are "true partners" as explained in documentation released today.

This means neither one is accountable to each other, and neither one has authority to enforce.

Great news for RXMs that didn't want to have an MGR for a boss.

Great news for an MGR that now has documented evidence they are no longer the accountable party for the pharmacy.

Don't be fooled with the 1 box speak, the HR policies regarding organization charts with respect to direct line reporting are very clear.

Store managers you are not in any way shape or form responsible or accountable for the pharmacy any longer.

Pharmacy managers you are in no way shape or form responsible or accountable for what happens on the front end.

Now totally divided.

Revenue growth???

The world has gone simple. Most reporting I have seen today is bought in to the revenue growth narrative. Q4 25 LEX in, Q4 24 LEX out. That is not growth. XRX stand alone has a 9% revenue decline. Would love to see the LEX YOY amounts. We live in a world of twisted truth.

You need to report h1b visa fraud if you see it

If you are still employed here, and not on a Visa, it's probably not for long. You can do something to stop or even reverse it though. Aggressively report any perceived visa abuse below, even if you're not 100% certain. The future of your career literally depends on reporting these people as it's only going to get worse from here

Financial Rewards for SEC Whistleblowers

Did you know the SEC encourages whistleblowing and even incentivizes it?

"The SEC's whistleblower program was established by Congress to incentivize whistleblowers to report specific, timely and credible information about possible federal securities laws violations.

The Commission is authorized to provide monetary awards to eligible individuals who come forward with high-quality original information that leads to an SEC enforcement action in which over $1 million in sanctions is ordered. The range for awards is between 10% and 30% of the money collected."

If you see something, say something.

Metrics

Management is pushing for all metrics in various reports to look pristine. One project had a tasks at 100%, which was questioned as the project is most likely, with accurate reporting, in a red status. Response was that the initial jobs or tasks were ran. When it was pointed out that many of those items were incomplete still, the response was well we listed that on another sheet. Got it. Hiding the real results so the reports look good. Never mind that the overall project will fail.
Told today to close out a project that was marked as on hold. Asked why and how to track. Oh just note it yourself, maybe with a stick on note. Seriously was told that. Just wanted it gone so report looked nice. It would be karma if I am gone when this is resurrected, because that note will be gone as well as the project plan.
This place is a joke.

IN OFFICE HOURS REQUIREMENT - CIC

Ok, what is the deal with the in office hours tracking? I’m hearing it’s based on badge swipes, connecting to the network.

Can anyone in management enlighten me what they’re looking at? Is it 4 hours, 5 hours?

Apparently there is some reporting but no one has seen it so we don’t even think it exists. I need someone who really knows what’s going on to shed some light on this please!

Number of New Customers?

Enough opinions on this company. New customers are the lifeblood of any company. How many new customers has TDC won this year, last year, and the previous year? What is the YoY trend? This vital metric will tell you all you need to know. And if TDC is hiding this from the market, you have your answer.

Journalists need to do better

"Amazon plans to cut 15% of workforce" - really? That's their title? Do they have any idea how many people that would be? They'd do anything just to get clicks these days. If somebody didn't know this was referring to the human resources department, it would have given them a mini heart attack.

Hours reporting based on only first and last timestamps

Have it on pretty good authority from a colleague whose team develops the reporting that the hours in office data pull calc will be based upon your last timestamp on WF network minus first timestamp for the day because it would be too complex to subtract people swiping out for lunch, to attend company events, take meetings in adjoining buildings etc. so don’t worry too much if you need to step out for lunch or if you want to attend a company event that is outside the building etc.
