I'm planning to submit my two weeks notice after my bonus and RSUs have vested and been paid out. Would I still be able to use any accrued vacation or sick time during that two week notice period?

All of India got a title promotion
If you’re in Global Ops you received a 226 page document that apparently shows the entire nation of India got a title promotion. Wild stuff.
How to handle no raise
How are we handling the no pay increase again this year? For context I have gone above and beyond and done Jessica’s extra projects and more. There isn’t anything more that I could have done to be a role model employee. Sulk Call out “sick”... — read more

Biggest layoffs ever
February
We're just numbers to them
Let's be real: we're livestock to management. We're here to be worked, monitored, and eventually culled when we're too expensive. Our "value" is fixing old mistakes to avoid penalties. The goal is shareholder value, not employee well-being or... — read more

Since it’s Thursday, I guess my manager is just fully committed to avoiding me about my merit/bonus conversation.

Sharing success
Anyone else’s excited for their Sharing Success award! Such a thoughtful thing our company does, rewarding us with a whopping 65 units…. The RSUs and cash bonuses are pathetic. Meanwhile, BM (Bowel Movement) unloads nearly 17k shares for just under... — read more
They never care
If the schools are closed for icy roads why isn’t the bank closing? They don’t care about our safety. Almost spun out completely. Have to come into office for my 3 days though 🤡

No raise for 2026?
I have been working at The Bank for over a year now so this is my first time being eligible for a raise. I started in August 2024. Did anybody else not get a raise? I’m trying to understand if it’s just me or is it something that is quite common at... — read more

Anyone ever get a bonus for a Meets/Not Meets????
Just curious! Could you possibly simply get a very low bonus since you still met some expectations? Most know what a tough place this is to work for many areas. If you are an employee who always got meets/meets and then one time its meets/does not... — read more

Searching for an exit
I'm actively looking for a new role and sending out applications weekly. This place is notably worse than any other bank I've worked for. The overall environment is just not functional.
Merit and bonus
Seems like they taking their time this year. Anyone heard anything yet? Curious to see how bad it is.
Server Lag
Does anyone know if the server Lag for those working from home compared to those in the office? It's been super slow today and it started around 9am.
Job Posting Slop
WTF is up with your job reqs? Applied for a job (perfect quals on paper), went through Recruiter screening then to hiring manager (a B3) interview. Job description they provided was nothing like the posting nor what the Recruiter described.
How does in-office compliance tracking work?
I've noticed several people commenting about the need to be in the office 4 out of 6 weeks. Don't managers get notified each week when someone isn't meeting the 3-day office requirement? How are people able to use the reporting period workaround?

I guess no awards this year. The bank needs to drop thousands of jobs to meet their efficiency target, I assume this is the start to get people to leave in their own.
