If I'm laid off, I have to deal with one of the worst job markets in a long while but at least there's severance to lessen the pain. If I'm not laid off but others on my team are, at least I'll still have a job but at what price? We'll be expected to... — read more

Am I getting this right?
Did impacted people only receive an email telling them they're laid off? If it's true, shame on this leadership for not even pretending to give a damn about any of us.
Process for returning equipment?
Has everyone received the recent email from Team Communications outlining the updated process for returning team member equipment? I want to confirm whether it was distributed to all employees.
Severance package
For those impacted by this round of RIFs- what was your severance package offer? And when does your insurance benefits end?
2/23 Layoff Tracker
If layoffs are happening today it would be helpful if people could post their title, location and how they were notified.

I'd volunteer if I could
I know many people are scared of layoffs, but I'm so fed up with this place that I'd welcome a severance package. Yes, I know it's hard to find a job right now, but I don't even care. Show me the money and I'll happily walk out.
SMB townhall
A new meeting is on my calendar for an SMB town hall on Friday. Is this going to be a meeting for layoffs?
RIF
I’m hearing the 23rd. Lots of Product. No more information. Good luck to all.
Today’s town hall
What was the takeaway? Layoffs coming this month? Sounds to me like they are going to have all of this done by the end of the quarter so we should hear something soon.
No layoffs for a while
I've heard some whispers that there shouldn't be any layoffs at least until the next quarter. I don't know if it's true, but thought I'd share just in case. If anybody knows more, let us know.
Rehiring older employees
The company seems willing to bring back older employees, but only at a pay cut. A former coworker applied and was basically offered his old role from about a year ago (he was laid off), just with much lower pay. Unfortunately, he’s thinking about... — read more
For those who quit, what was your final two weeks like?
I'm getting closer to landing a new job and I'm curious about the exit process. Did you give the standard two-week notice, and what did that period involve? I’m mostly interested in what the company required you to do during that time, like any... — read more

Impossible is the motto, or so it seems
Everything at this place feels impossible: producing executives who don’t resemble a circus act, making a profit without layoffs, holding on to good employees, fostering a healthy culture, or recovering from years of negligence. And then some.
