Not expecting much of a bonus but want to adjust accordingly

Is there anything positive at all for US employees at this company outside of having a job? I know the boot lickers will all say be thankful you have a job and accept gratefully every crumb they throw to us, but there is literally nothing to me to make me want to go the extra mile. No assigned desk, 4 times in office a week, most likely a garbage bonus, more layoffs to come. We just keep getting MW'd on over and over again here!

I am really going to miss those town halls with Charlie ‘Sharp as a Marble’. He was so inspirational when he took the canned questions from the Indians in the audience and answered them with utmost poise and professionalism. He and his big boys club will surely get a big bonus this year because of all the people they let down. Way to go Charlie, give yourself a pat on the back.

how is all the top getting raises and bonus when the company su-ks. fake customer awards. all these lawsuits?? Contact your local gov and complain. its all a berni madof scam.hey look at this shinny while they keep taking and lowering the bar for the regular.

Not sure if serious questions are allowed anymore here but here goes. If you leave (resign or LR, doesn't matter) and are entitled to the bonus but it doesn't pay out until several weeks after you leave, does it come via direct deposit or via mailed check?

Anyone have insight on the comp /bonus payouts this year ? Is there a full payout or is the comp pool down this year ?

Has anyone heard about funding pools? It seems weird that it’s January and we don’t even know if the bonus pools are going to be funded.

If out on maternity leave is your manager required to connect with you to communicate bonus numbers before the payout? Has anyone experienced a similar scenario?

Joined BNY as a senior associate full stack developer in the collateral area in February. My recruiter told me bonuses at that level are around 10%. My VP coworker said she gets 10%.

I've seen some posts saying because I got 10 RSUs in November/December that I won't get a cash bonus. Is that true?

Are they still doing the Sharing Success stock award this year? I haven't heard anything about it yet.

L3Harris had several rounds of layoffs this year, to artificially inflate their stock price, to ensure that the Board Members got their bonuses. I find it very interesting, now that the bonus checks have been mailed out, that L3Harris is hiring again. Coincidence? You be the judge.

I am trying to make it to bonus day in early February. Only have 3 carry over PTO days and that only gets me until MLK week. I do not want to go into office as an hour away. I also grabbed all my personal stuff from office and do not plan on going back.....I know PTO of 4 hours meets the 3 day a week goal and exemption me on 8 hour a day requirement. Do 4 hours of community service meet the same 3 days and 8 hour requirement as well if use 3 a week?

Looks like we get 16 hours of community service hours at start of year which would get me to February..(I know they won't prorate these days when I turn in notice but would do PTO). Also, would they try to get funds back for USA floating holiday and Personal holiday if I use them before quitting/ retiring?

The ones that may not be happy with their bonus this year will be getting a consolation prize of Monistat 1. Hey, it could be the 7 day version,

How many lived below their means and invested wisely, planning for life circumstances and natural occurring layoffs that take place? People rather buy the latest I phone today instead of real estate parcels later. LOL

anyone aware of CIP payments and when they will be paid?

in my offboarding package, they mentioned I will have CIP payments which is equal to yearly bonus payout along with pay in lieu and notice period.

My last day was in dec 3rd week and received all the remaining pay. but I haven't received CIP payment. Did anyone get it or anyone has info. when they will be deposited?

Word is, Director level and up gave themselves a Christmas bonus this year quietly.. you know for all the hard work they did!

It is my first year in DXC and I was surprised to hear there is no 13th salary, no bonus, NOTHING for Christmas. It is the first company I worked for that has such policy, all my colleagues have bonuses every quarter (or at least twice a year), here - nothing. Is it some kind of one time miss due to the hard financial situation or company policy not to care for their employees?

When are the promotions announced typically? Both with your manager and/or team and then also within your LOB? When is the year end comp (Bonus/Raises) typically announced.

Seeing conflicting things around how long I need to stay to get bonus paid out. I'm an L9 looking to put in 2 weeks notice in the New Year. To get my bonus, do I have to work through 12/31 this year or through the actual payout date?

My bonus was negligible compared to what it could’ve been. The primary reason was “limited impact”. This comes as a shock. I can only guess they hoping I voluntarily leave so they don’t have to pay severance.

Just what the title says for those that get a bonus and stocks are they typically always paid out? 100 percent of target?

If you deliver for this company they reward you. But a lot of people are just well meaning dead weight, and they should have been axed years ago.

Maybe stop crying about your misfortune and and go make your own fortune.
