I think you get your full bonus. I hear also severance is only 2 weeks/year of employment? What all makes up the package?

Special bonus criteria
What criteria was used to either give 3 weeks or 4 weeks special bonus?
Any guesses on bonus?
10%? 30%
Bonus 2025
Hi everyone, do you know when they give out 2025 bonus? Severance package mentioned that WFR people eligible for bonus.
A story of two CEOs
In 2020, Bloomberg reported that Ben took home a total compensation of 6.74M dollars and NO BONUS.
In 2025 Reuters reported Wael’s pay starts at 11M dollars PLUS 9M bonus. For a sweet total of 20M for the same strategy of cut costs and layoffs.
Bonus Pool Funding?
Can anyone else confirm the 60% bonus pool target funding number mentioned in another thread? All we hear is how amazing our quarterly results were, so one would assume that the funding is much higher than 60%.
Sure would be nice to see some transparency around how the bonus pool funding is calculated (like they used to do many years ago). Seems like they just pull a number out of their a** these days. Or maybe they use the monkey dart theory/approach.
Annual bonus payout for voluntary separation
Will I receive the bonus for 2025 if I leave Ford in January 2026? Usually bonus is paid in March. Any of you have experience with this?
Bank-wide Comp and Bonus pools….DOWN to flat
Anyone surprised?
Bonus is with HR? got YE rating of 2 - going into the office infrequently
Hi my manager told me that the bonus decisions are made by HR - they have their own policies..
I got an overall year end rating of 2/2/3..wondering how that will look for bonus time.. I have not been going into the office regularly too some weeks i go in twice some weeks i go in once, some weeks i go 3x..
will that affect my bonus?
Bonuses 2026
Missed the TH today until the last 5 minutes. Are employees getting bonuses next year?
This going to hurt bonuses
Ford said it will record $19.5 billion in charges, with most of it taken in the fourth quarter. Of that $19.5 billion, about $5.5 billion are cash charges with the majority of that being paid in 2026 and the remainder in 2027.
Thanks, Bill Ford, brown noser Farley and the entire Model e team.
Promotions & Layoffs
Promotions - Basically you can no longer get promoted unless someone leaves a C-level that you are interested in. E.g. C12 will not get promoted for how hard they work, they can only get C13 if someone leaves that role or a rec opens... Bonus have been rubbish for years and pay rise are the same excuse each year "the bell curve" and you get 1%
Layoffs - As we were advised before, would be 20,000 until 2026. Well more information out today that the layoffs will not stop. As long as AI and cut backs happen, this will just keep going on and not stop until the shareholders are happy.. which they never are. I would advise people to stop taking on more work, setting up meetings etc for nothing in return.
Never in my years of working for many companies have I seen a once reputable business become incredible tight and awful to work for. Why would I work overtime when it doesn't reflect? Why would I work harder if there are no promotions? Why would I want to stay in a dead end role with no prospect of earning more? Why would I take on more work and not given anything for it?
Citi has become the company everyone advises to leave or not apply for. A company at one time I was proud to work for, I no longer am. Citi is a place you go to live out the rest of your life by achieving nothing. Shame it went that way
$1000 “Bonus”
I bet they shared this news when they did so they could get rid of a wave of rage-quitters before they hand out their “ever-so-gracious” 1k bonus in January. I know at the end of the year it’ll all even out, but it’s still such cr-p that our paychecks will be shorter on that first check, even with the bridge advance, due to the higher supplemental taxes.
"Special Holiday Bonus" - who got it?
I see an email for a special bonus of 3 to 4 weeks pay. Who got it? Did you get 3 or 4 weeks bonus pay?
If you are young person, you need to look externally
Older folks can try to ride it out. But if you are younger person you need to look externally for opportunities. Going from 4.5 to 3.5 % is a ~23% cut on 401k match, plus any lost compound interest. Also factor in medical premium increases for next year. Your financial position is now worse, it doesn't make financial sense to continue here (which is obviously what they want so they have to pay less severance). Yea the job market is tight and not everyone can find another job, but financially, you owe it to yourself to look around as you are doing same work for less $. I am not even going to get into bonus and raises because we all know that will be close to 0.
big bonuses coming next year?
Is intel going to reward employee with big bonuses next year with so many positive news recently ?
Bonus, Bonus, what will it be??....
Wow! Some concerned about bonus! Let me tell you, I was displaced on 9/30/25. I don't get a bonus. I don't get anything really. And to be clear, I thought like you OP! Yep, so some got laid off, but we are here doing all the work now. I guess that might have some basis, but I have to say, I've got NOTHING. And the job market SU-KS. Yes, those of us who've been cast off, we are not thinking bonus. We are thinking, how to provide for the family, how to put food on the table, how to pay the bills. I get your bonus concern. Can you get my survival concern?
Bonuses up or down this year?
Anyone have information on bonuses this year? Up, down or same?
Leader Travel Expectations
HBA GPs will be expected to travel 50% and other HBA leaders will be expected to travel 25%.
Couple of thoughts...
Why are we trying to induce senior leaders to leave...I thought all the ER restructuring was supposed to address that?
This seems like a huge expense for the firm with a pretty ambiguous value add. Is it enough to offset the travel coats of $20k+ per year per leader? I'd rather have that hit my bonus.
How does Annual Rewards Cycle work ?
I'm new to HP, and it's been a year. Did you hear about your raise and bonus ?
That time of the year again.
Brandt is once again asking for toys for tots meanwhile we’re all struggling with penny's for raises. Also new people in the same division are being given bonuses when veterans of this place are not? Something’s gotta change. Management has taken a downward turn in the last 10 years. We have greedy clowns running this place. No longer a good place to work. More responsibilities and no compensation. This is bull sh……
No base raise for "Agile Roles" in ET?
Squad leader here in ET. Good shares (>1000), Bonus (~100%) but zero raise. I was told "Abby mandated no base raise for agile roles in ET" but I'm not buying it.
Any squad leads, scrum masters and chapter leads in ET can attest to the contrary?
Even all agiles roles in ET got no raise, we know it's not the case in other BU. So it's most likely from the bean counter Bill.
Retirement RIF Bonus
I ended up being part of the November RIF at Optum, which actually worked out in my favor thanks to my team lead. I had already told my manager in September that I was planning to retire in October. She let me know about the upcoming layoffs and suggested rating me at the bottom of the team’s performance list—even though I always score highly—to ensure I got the severance package if selected. It was a risk, but it meant I was part of the RIF in November. Big thanks to Optum for essentially providing me with a six-month retirement bonus! Nice to see they are not verifing the information provided to them for RIF selection. Truely an indication of how good upper management is really doing.
Everyone should start looking for a job right now
Srini made it clear that a massive layoff is coming in Q1. There is no respect for any of us. I’d be willing to bet that the layoff will happen before the end of February to avoid a bonus or stock payout.
Update your resumes start looking now and go out on your terms, not theirs.
None of those senior leaders are sitting up on that stage give a flying F about any of us.
Q1 layoff means that some of you will be training the interns that will be your replacement replacements.
RSUs and Bonus?
I was given RSUs a few weeks ago. Does that mean I won’t get a cash bonus during my January compensation conversation?
What are the bonuses typically for US developers? Senior associates, vp, and senior vp levels.

Bonus during leave
Does anyone know if bonuses still pay out as normal in Feb. if you go on leave before your year end review and don’t return to office until April?
This site will heat up when the word gets out
Just wait when the low low merit comes and the lowest AIP you have ever seen get communicated. Wont be long
IP here
My boss told me his manager put me on a IP. It started as SP-L but got downgraded to a full IP. The result is no raise and half the bonus. He doesn't have any specific critique, but said his boss wants me to be more visible and on camera in meetings.
JPM bonus
What are the bonuses going to be? A new cr-pper in the bathroom? The Indian employees are awful and Dave nothing….JPM is a disaster
If the bonus funding is at 100% why is the % of funded bonus only 95%?
Trying to understand why my bond wasn’t 100%
Wtf fidelity
0.5% raise AFTER being an exceptional performer????
I got much higher raise when I was SP last year.
Yes the higher bonus was something I expected.
But negligible increment seems like a strategy to keep employee on their toes and live in uncertainty about their future bonus.
My manager seems to be the biggest snake, how the he-l does base pay raise work????
Has anyone heard about bonuses and raises?
My guess is plenty of first and second line management are going to have tough conversations this week.
Connection Awards avg $ for level 2/3
How much is the average connection award for top 30%?
No compensation/bonus/promotion this year end?
i have been working in canada location for more than 3 years and a half but i have not got any salary increase or promotion yet. And unlike previous years, HR has not sent out an email regarding those topics. Anyone knows what's going on?
Raise and bonus 2026
What do developers typically get in yearly increase? What about bonus? I joined as a senior associated in February (US, not NYC). I've heard people say it's $1000. Some say it's 5-15% of your yearly salary.
What have other developers had in salary increase and bonus?
