Last year I was told the pension plan was underfunded by $1.5B. Will AT&T make an honorable effort to close that gap now that the employment is terminated for so many, or does the shortfall continue to be swept under the rug?

There must be serious violations of laws involving the H1B Visa abuse that takes place with Fidelity. They also practice segregation by keeping these H1B Visas away from all the non H1B Visa employees. It never felt good, it always felt illegal. There's obviously only 1 reason why they would do this, and it's obviously not talent / qualifications. It's all about the Benjamins. The last Realignment happened in mid-2024.

The company seems to realign and give cost of living raises every few years since 2015.
