Cisco was a great company but that changed many years ago (some say 2010 - the precise year does not matter).

• Those who joined before 2010 had at least 16 years to look for something better. Why not? Why complain for more than 16 years?

• Those who joined after 2010 should have known that Cisco is not a good company to work for (I give the benefit of doubt to those who joined right after 2010). Why did you join and complain?

Did this receive regulatory approval & did MoA get paid the $45M yet ? Is this money going toward the P&L in 2026 ? How much did the firm lose in the whole Landmark debacle ? -$25M ?

I’m honestly surprised we don’t already have a documentary over stuff from here, especially considering the automotive crossover. The story is completely insane. Executives and leadership allegedly sending creepy packages, surveillance, threats, and harassment over criticism in a newsletter.

I also learned that former eBay CEO Devin Wenig was elected to the board of General Motors in 2018 and remained there even after the stalking scandal became public. Feels like the kind of bizarre corporate story you would expect out of Silicon Valley or Oakland startup culture, not something involving a Fortune 500 company.
