Man if anyone thought the results were bad this year wait until next year! Chances of any of us getting a bonus this year, highly unlikely.

Pulse mandatory
Pulse is optional but we are pressured to take it or else my store looks like a store with lots of concerns. Upper management with non stop pressure. The survey is good but the top top big wigs forcing it is BAD. So if you ask me it’s mandatory. If yall got low participation be ready all the visits
Survey
Although survey results have not been published, leaders are already touting it as a huge success solely based on the number of teammates that responded, which is up from years past. As has been mentioned before, it does not matter how bad the actual responses are, if they get high participation, executive management sees it as a win; they see it as teammates caring, engaged, and believing executive management listens (and will do something about issues).
Employee Surveys ≠ Anonimous
Are employee surveys anonimous and confidential for real or are they just lying to us?
Are Employee Surveys truly anonymous?
For whatever reason I think they are tracking us? What does this forum think?
Employee survey is not anonymous
They can see your email address in the metadata. Saw the manager's version of the job aid. Probably not a huge shocker.
GT Leaders
Survey; are they any GT teams left that feel supported and content with their leaders, VP’s and above? Or is that a thing of the past?
Engagement Survey
Why does this company need an engagement survey to find out how people feel about the company? The fact that 90% of the people they hire quit within 2 months should tell them everything they need to know.
Surveys or CSO tests?
Two surveys today in email and neither one works. Are they trying to trick us?
Engagement Survey
For managers with >10 direct reports, are you able to see who it was on your team that answered a question a certain way, or provided a comment, on the employee survey? Or is it truly completely anonymous? I'm trying to determine if the survey is simply "confidential" or if it's "anonymous", and whether managers with a lot of direct reports can narrow it down to who said what.
Manufacturing Hapiness - Stalinist Style
Engagement Pulse Survey (employee satisfaction survey) is going to be sent out early in November. The result of this thing seems to be nr. 1 priority of our management around here...
Our overlords care the most about two questions in particular in the survey:
- Do you trust the management?
- Would you reccomend Kyndryl as a company to work for?
The rest of the questions is fluff and they even admitted it openly the other day...
The last time most people did not bother filling it in and some of those few who did submitted answers that were less than praise (since it is an anonymous survey).
Consequently, there was a mandatory follow-up investigation session where one of the FLM's loyal minions was tasked to find out who the troubkemakers are... They went about it by saying on a Teams call: "raise your hand if you trust the manager"...
This time around we are all asked to go into a prep-session where we will be instructed on "how to properly understand the questions" prior to filling in the survey and we are encouraged to then fill it in together...
So - I expect we will go from the lowest employee happiness ever which (was the last survey's result to the highest employee happiness ever) and then there will be rounds of applause and patting on shoulders circling around in newsletters and the local talking heads will have stuff to talk about till the christmass and will be thanking each other and nominating each other for employees of the quarter based on this while we will be witnessing more stealthy firings, clients leaving, teams & roles blending and so on.
And this stuff is orchestrated by individuals who also send out non-anonymous feedback requests about their performance to their subordinates and then they read out loud the praise they get in front of all who had to participate.
CEE in a nutshell for all y'all.
86% Engagement - My Aunts Fanny
I was wondering if they were going to cook the books on the engagement survey. Either folks were scared that any negative reviews would be traced back to them, or they only took the survey results from Sr. Management. I don't know a single person who gave them a good response. Complete sh-t show.
Did you get an employee engagement survey this week?
if you did get it, is it one of those "are you happy with your job" type of thing? I never respond to these since I get paranoid of being retaliated
Do Not Fill Out any Surveys
I don’t want your Loyalty.
They don’t do anything with the results anyway.
Employee Survey results by level
I would love to see Employees results by line item starting with Director up, AD’s we already know kiss the ring. Folks should propose that since it is (ha ha) Anonymous. Then I bet 100% not one has the kahuna’s to say the truth and be all butter cuz they live to the standards of my house is bigger than yours, my new Benz is better than your Bentley. My kids college costs me 250k a year.God forbid they told how they really feel because then their kids in college about to get hired by ATT would not. No different than the obvious ethnic pulling in, even married in the same org.
Common Review time!
Don't forget to fill out your common review to highlight all your accomplishments over the year and also submit your peer reviews. If you go above and beyond and are a high performer management will reward you with a low merit score of a 2 or 3 and give you no bonus only to give 3 and 4 scores to those who kiss their behinds and are their favorites. Then place you on a CAP if your lucky only to lay you off. Also, please fill out your survey as they care about your feedback
The Unfiltered survey has started
The mail from Gina just came in.
I will focus on my team and my manager. I cannot really say much about upper management or board, as I am too new.
But it is a good sign that SAP offers the opportunity to provide feedback. Hopefully people will have lots of good ideas how to improve the company.
Pulse
Who filled out the Pulse survey? And more importantly - were you brutally honest?
Employee Engagement Survey
Was this actually anonymous like oxy said? I’ve heard mixed stories on whether these are actually anonymous or not.
Ignore the survey
Our senior leadership were visibility angry when they shared the results of last survey, we've even were told to leave SAP if we weren't happy and not to fault them as leaders. This survey I am not going to even bother answering. They have a target on the number of responses and I am not going to help them. As per the comments, they are worth nothing, I've hold roles close to leaders in the past and leaders didn't do a single thing rather than making calculations and trying to guess who answered what. If I am still here by when the survey is launched, I am going to ignore the email and the 200 reminders I'll receive after.
Everybody should do the same as @bp+1k7bwjdxa. I certainly plan to.
IPulse survey results
What a joke! 90% people took it? are you serious? when 3 days before it closed, we were told there were less than 50% participation, please please please take it we were told.
IMPOSSIBLE.
15% point gain in leadership trust? again, seriously? IMPOSSIBLE.
Those numbers are so rigged. So obvious. Like I said before, stop taking it.
They are taking our last awesome benefit: our health insurance and Collective Health. Aetna is cr-p. Lets just wait to see the premiums...
Still A Lot of posts about Survey Inaction
I’d just suggest that you don’t fill the surveys out next time.
Corey A. point blank said he Read them and Shred them.
He’s convinced he won’t be fired for making such statements.
That speaks volumes about our company.
Back in the day, what Corporate Executive would say that to employees?
Difference in mobility surveys?
Anyone know what the difference is and why people are getting different ones?
Fear Mongering
Stop letting the supervisors and managers in here fear you into not doing the survey, or giving false good scores. The systems registers if you took it but the answers are anonymous. Unless you wrote out very specific details or a situation and drop names they will not know it’s you. They won’t give you a bigger bonus, they won’t give you a better yearly review. Be honest and if you fear retaliation reach out to HR and document, document, document. If you want a better work place SPEAK UP! You can’t cry and moan the environment is cr-ppy if you’re going to willing lay in it.
Relocation Survey
I thought the survey was supposed to come out today, am I mistaken?
EXI Survey
You have one piece of honest feedback or advice for upper management at Optum that you didn’t feel comfortable including in your EXI survey because who knows how anonymous those really are, and go:
5 Day RTO - bye bye
Employee survey results woke him up
Protest filling out OHS survey (bonus for managers)
Do not fill out the OHS survey. The only reason executives are constantly pinging everyone to fill it out daily is because this ties directly to their bonus metrics. The higher the response rate, the more bonus/goal they meet. Hit them where there wallet it is they seriously want to have our voices heard and that they are held accountable for their poor leadership.
Still pushing the Survey
Still getting emails from corporate and my manager about completing the survey. Is it Mandatory? What will be the consequences if I don’t fill it out?
Boycott the relocation survey
If the company is going to treat its employees as disposable, I for one will not be helping them decide who to lay-off and who to keep. Make them make the tough decisions that will backfire.
Allstate "Asks"
It's extremely telling that I have had three different emails from higher ups asking me to let them know once I have completed the Allstate Asks survey, and now McKeown has sent an ANI-wide email.
Zulfi and Kunal are not interested in honest feedback so why waste our time pretending otherwise? What do they get by people being over-positive in a survey that makes zero difference?
Engagement Survey - not anonymous
I'm tenured, multiple roles in 30 years. I finally made it to a director level. I always assumed based on the views and the way I can break down my associate engagement survey, but it truly was anonymous. Until today. I was on the CPO call and just realized they tie it all back to where we are for our annual performance reviews. Which means they know exactly who we are exactly how he answered exactly what our performance for you was and exactly what the survey said. They know everything. I've been a lifelonger of. It's a legit discreet anonymous survey. It's not quit taking it.
“Anonymous” Survey
One time I was given an 'anonymous' survey about job satisfaction at work, and wrote in one comment 'I don't think its fair to tell employees their responses are anonymous when they're not' and I was called into a meeting with HR where they assured me my results were 100% anonymous. They even showed me a printed out version with my name and comment on it.
2025 Employee Survey
No longer with APA but hear they sent out an employee survey. Won’t be surprised if minions just lie and APA named a top 2025 workplace. Be honest or don’t fill it out at all, but please don’t lie. Also, why does this cr-ppy company need a CEO and a President? Fire the CEO and save $10m easy. Sitting back on the side and watching this company crash, I feel bad for all the employees that have been there for years. Worthless board, hasn’t done it job and now it’s too late and won’t make a difference. Only hope these fools at the top have is to try and sell the company.
Recent Management Survey
In the past week or so, everybody got a request to complete a management survey. Is this mandatory to fill out? It would be ideal to fill it out honestly, but I'm worried about possible retaliation, especially given situations witnessed in the past. Does anybody know any details about how this works? Does it count against either the employee or manager if one doesn't respond? Thanks.
McKinsey survey not anonymous?
It says the data is aggregated and anonymous but doing some reading about it makes me skeptical that it's actually anonymous and that I won't be punished for having some negative things to say about the direction we are going and how much I trust management.
To the “leaders” who are “encouraging” us to take the OHI Survey
Go to Glassdoor and sort the reviews by most popular, and voila! Ostriches with their heads in the sand!
Is the employee survey safe to fill out honestly?
Not trying to lose my job, but would also love to tell them how bad it’s gotten here.
