They’re combining and eliminating some roles at the sites. Mainly in maintenance and quality from what I know. Maintenance planners is one.

We have VPs who can't manage and directors who can't direct. No wonder everything is so messed up.

We have so many people whose only job is making slides. Same information, different font, new graphics. They add nothing. Cut them all and we'd probably get more done without all the meetings about the slides.

So the leaders who were rewarded for delivering the 180 and 120 team scores will be fired for delivering a 64 and 50, right? Right? What a joke, if this were a Japanese run company they would have quit out of shame.

Constant layoffs, zero respect for staff, and a toxic culture throughout. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

I'm at the point where a pay cut sounds very much worth it if it means leaving this toxic place. I can't take much more of this culture.
