I’ve seen it all now. Xerox has probably been one of the worst businesses for the use of marketing, yet the new CMO thinks they can ‘sell’ their marketing skills to partners. Who on earth would pay Xerox for this. Typical of this individual Why... — read more
Let me guess - the best went first?
It’s always the experienced, skilled, and competent people who are shown the door first. Being older only makes it worse. It just proves that no company truly values expertise, hard work, or dedication. If they think they can run things with cheap... — read more
Was 10/15 that bad??
Was today October 15th really that bad? Yes, it is sad people have lost their roles (unless they wanted to of course) but I have only heard of a handful of names. From previous posts you thought there would be 1000+ Anyone know total number of... — read more
Selection for Layoffs
How are selections for layoffs being done, who is flagged and who is doing flagging and based on what criteria?
At least we made one 'the best of' list

I'm new here
Can somebody please tell me how are people getting notified?
Has it started?
What's getting hit? Any news?
I hope everybody is prepared
Realistically, all of us who work for Xerox know layoffs are always a possibility, but it's still not something that's easy to digest when it actually happens. If it's any consolation, two coworkers left on their own in the last two months, both to... — read more
If there's one thing that makes layoff day even worse, it's an email from SteveB
Honestly. Just STFU.
Misrepresentation to Wall Street
I’ve seen many stock market analyst calls where turnaround, reinvention, etc are claimed. Same with initiatives like OwnIT, re-imagine, etc. Also revenue promises from things never really monetized: 3D print, digital paper, etc. I observe Wall Street... — read more
October 15 eve
Rumor is massive layoffs tomorrow. Yet the severance policy hasn’t been adjusted downward, and I haven’t seen other obvious clues. Also it seems they should have done it in Q3 to offset the bad news we expect. Does anyone have insight? Otherwise I... — read more
Why do the Xerox Board of Directors put up with this
How on earth does the CEO keep his job when he delivers this : a catastrophic decline is stock price, dividend cut to nothing, declining revenues, declining profit, an acquisition of a loss making competitor, staff morale at rock bottom, no pay... — read more
Retirement can’t come soon enough
My motivation checked out years ago, but I still do what I have to to get through the day. Decades ago, I loved this place. If somebody told me then this is what it'd turn into, I'd have laughed in their face.
Q3 results
Should we start a bingo card for the corny expected spin from the SLT when the Q3 earnings are posted? Can't wait for the town hall or fireside chat to hear how the reinvention is sailing along.
52 WEEK LOW - another one
Didn’t take long for us to hit another 52 week low - $3.38 officially registered today. My guess is we’ll be below $3 by earnings call time later this month. WOW!!
Tough Decisions
Use this board to call in sick or have your days off approved. Afterall, HR is watching. Heck, put in a ticket and you'll get a faster response. Believe me now?
10/9/25 XRX downward spiral
It’s really looking bad. Time to prepare an exit plan.
New flex PTO?
Do we keep our vacation time and PTO is flex or is all paid time off flex starting next year?
It's funny
Out of all the things people gripe about on here, it appears the only thing that gets taken down is when you talk about the CEO of Xerox, or make reference to the post being taken down (so this post may disappear). So I'm assuming these are the only... — read more
Did they really cut the CEO Club?
Is it gone, or just scaled back?

Any thoughts on what happens to our HCL teams?
Like it or not, a lot of work is done by HCL or TCS (maybe others]? What is the view as to if these will stay. because LEX has lots of employees in low-cost countries will work done by third party now just move to them?
I left this place 4.5 years ago….
And I come back in here to validate that I was right about everything …. It truly is the worst place I’ve ever worked … from the many of people to the management to the processes to the constant taking from tenured employees … Looks like the... — read more
PTO becoming FTO next year.
Vacation policy updated effective 1/1/26. Xerox going to the dreaded unlimited* time off policy. Absolutely limited and now we don't have to payout unused vacation time upon severance or overworking you.

This is so asinine and an obvious employee dissatisfier that could it be they are doing it to push people over the top so they leave themselves? A lot less to pay in severance. I just can't imagine anyone making that decision on something that... — read more

Xerox MAY be the first company in history to Achieve this.
A goodwill write-down being equal to a company's market capitalization is a highly unlikely and extreme scenario, but it is theoretically possible. For this to occur, a combination of severe factors would have to be in play. The link between... — read more
