Childcare
Anyone having issues securing childcare? Had an after school program 2 days a week, and daughter rides her bike home the other 2 days since I’ve been WFH (but she wouldn’t be able to do that when I RTO- too young to be home alone). The after school... — read more

RTO- Cube space, Hybrid & Return unvaxed too!

Sunday Night Blues
Yep today might be Friday, but in 2 days you know what will happen, the Sunday night blues. When you realize you gotta get to bed early, so you can wake up Monday morning and fight the traffic all the way to your cubicle.
Accountability
Will managers hold accountability if Q1 earning down?
Who's getting tired of having to live through one crisis after another?
I've even stopped worrying about my job (which should be good I guess?) because I stress so much about everything else that's been going on in the world. I never thought I'd be missing and praying for the days when all I worried about were layoffs... — read more

How many people have really decided not to RTO?
I wasn’t called back to the office, but I’m hearing from my coworkers that the buildings are still pretty empty. Are people really standing their ground and simply not showing up? Or have that many people gotten medical exemptions? If you were called... — read more
Day 2 back at the office. This is when the pain really sets in.
As you commute to work today, you realize this is the new reality, cubicle work life. 2 years of working from home is over, and ya it sucks.
What is your biggest remark tro the work atmosphere?
Is it? Lazy managers that don’t do their job and dump all of their work onto the employee Nepotism and favoritism Constant fear of layoffs Lousy pay Or maybe it’s something else?

Too Many Managers
Global markets have too many managers, especially middle level managers. It is extremely inefficient and soon will hurt profitability of global markets business.

BofA didn't count on so many not coming back

What happens to those who don't RTO

Masks at the office? Cdc changing recommendations
Seems the cdc is ready to change mask guidance. Will we be required to wear masks if the cdc drops this? It will be good to finally stop it since everyone in the office is vaccinated in order to RTO.
Still have childcare concerns/shortages in US but BoA doesn’t care
