So they delayed the employee meeting. And an out of nowhere announcement that bonus process is changing. Anyone with info on bigger picture plan

Lumen 2026 STI/Bonus Expectations?
What would be the Lumen 2026 STI/Bonus Expectations? Do they give STI/Bonus this year? If so what would be the expected percentage?
What do you usually do with your “Bonus”?
Curious how people usually spend their measly bonus? Do you put it in savings, book a vacation, pay bills?
What is your total compensation breakdown?
Hey, its a tell all, what's your base salary increase/decrease and bonus increase/decrease, and what is your LOB (or field if business), JPM location (or overall area). Give percentages, or as much detail as possible. Are you depressed about comp?, are you going to quit and why? How long have you worked here? Etc. Let's be transparent.
Bonus #?
What’s the typical bonus amount for a Sr. Lead Bus Execution Consultant?
Record Year
Just saw an official Schwab social media post about how well the company performed last year. It’s too bad that won’t translate into better merits and bonuses
Had a quick talk with my manager today and they said merits and bonuses were virtually identical to last year. How?!
When the company performs poorly, we get merit and bonus cuts. When the stock skyrockets, we remain stable, all while the EC enriches themselves. Approves 20% pay increases for themselves, stock options, golden parachutes etc.
Pay increases for us plebeians doesn’t cover inflation and the rising cost of living. What is the actual point or incentive to try at this company? Promotions are political, not based on merit. Pay increases are stagnant. You’ll get your 2-3%, smile, and keep toeing the line or you’ll be kicked to the curb. Sh-t is discouraging, man
Bonus Pool
Any managers got any insights on what the merit and incentive numbers look like vs prior year?
Bonus Payout
When will Bonuses be paid out this year? I know we got them at the end of January last year.
Vice President title and bonus
I think I read here that being a vice president means that to keep your bonus (so they dont clawback) you need to work 30 days after the February 13 distribution date? Can anyone confirm this?
Success Bonus
I know everyone is asking, Workday has an announcement that says 2025 successful bonus results will be available at the end of January.
Always 3/3 last 3 yrs
Last 3 yrs 3/3 , same bonus same increament 1.5%.doesnt even meet inflation. More commute , different managers to adopt, constant priority changes.
I dont understand what else to do to lift to 2 rating.
Merit and bonus
Seems like they taking their time this year. Anyone heard anything yet? Curious to see how bad it is.
Bonus Target?
Any guesses?
3 vs 4 API
What’s the percent different between a 3 and a 4 for API payout?
Start the raise/bonus leaks
GCP opened up, so managers now know the raises and bonus budgets.
I'll start - Aero US - For a 5-block - Average 2.5% raise, MIP at 130% of target.
Quarterly results
Can someone who is smarter than me help me understand how good or bad the quarterly results, and because of timing, the annual results for 2025?
It seems like we had a really good year but I can be reading this wrong. But I'm getting upset that it looks like we had a good year but I know the compensation numbers are horrible this round. And if that's the case, they do not in fact pay for performance.
Any guesses on STIP % this year?
I’ve looked at the financial goals for 2025 STIP from the last proxy report and have been tracking them all year. It seems likely that the year should exceed 100% of all 4 financial goals. But of course with the new regime who knows what will happen. Thoughts?

2025 Bonus and 2026 Pay Raises
Does anyone know what day the portal will update with year end comp and updated salaries for 2026?
If you got IM can you still get a raise and or bonus?
Been doing twice the work and without support from management. Was so overwhelmed and irritated about questionable business/sales/ compliance issues I pushed back about workload and lack of support. As I predicted and most of you suggested per similar messaging on here they gave me an inconsistently meets for my performance review. Said I wasn't open to new additional work and a team player.
I already considered quitting or retiring or whatever we want to call it. I am contemplating pushing back and putting the information for leadership and HR to get involved. I know not a big threat or care to them as they will fire me in the next 12 months for something concocted.
My thought is they are sc--wing me to line their pocket or give major increases to their yes men. The group currently has a shortage of workers with too much work to go around. I already knew the stress wasn't worth it with a full raise and bonus (bonus 20 to 25% of gross pay). I do need to leave imo.
Has anyone recently (last year or year before) got an IM and then a raisebor bonus still? If so how much less than prior years?
Bonus/Merit Funding
Looking through my team tonight, it appears that we are nearly fully funded. Merit is 2.5-3.0% and bonuses at 100%. Stock seemed a bit lower, but not too crazy.
CC gave T Mart a big bonus
Right before his retirement this month…. Guess if you drank the kool aid and helped drive the company into the ground further, you get rewarded
Any updates on AIP percentages
I haven’t seen any end of year AIP percentages and you would think that it would be released by now given we are in a new year and new quarter.
2nd year Analyst Bonus
I got partially meets expectations at year end. I have just got £4.5k in bonus. This company is an absolute joke even to the well treated analysts but it is hard to find reasons to leave when analysts can expect these bonuses for sub par work. The atmopshere in office is tense as we can sense the hatred as the rumours spread. Other analysts have reported managers and supervisors being overly critical or leaving them out of work out of spite. Worst of all, most analysts considering leaving after the 2 year program.
2027 AIP
What are you hearing about 2027 AIP? Is it from a reliable source?
JE's in February
If (or should I say "when" ) job eliminations happen in February after they review VRP numbers, will those eliminated still receive their 2025 bonus payout?
Compensation 2026
TIAA hasn’t given raises to employees with salaries over $100k the last few years.
Will this change for 2026? Will anyone be receiving pay raises?
Bonus? Flat? Higher than normal? What can we expect from compensation talks?
Feel insulted !
Have been working for Citi 25 years. Managed to be spared from all the lay off waves in the past, because I was always at the lower end of the pay-scale. 2025 was one of my most productive years with managing 3 projects on top of my BAU work by working over 60 hours a week. End of this summer my manager who knew exactly what I was doing - like all managers ought to- got laid off. My year end was given by the MD who did not even know what I accomplished and particularly does not like me. I got all 3sat year end, when I had assessed myself with mostly 2s.
I have been a high performer, I don’t even remember getting all 3s ever. And my bonus was cut by 27% compared to last year. Slap to the face.
Before you say “don’t cry me a river”, I just wanted to say this is not the company I started 25+ years ago. I always knew I was nothing more than a number but I still liked the place I worked. Last few years It became toxic, management ruthless, and an unpleasant place to spend my 10+ hours a day.
Yesterday I sent an email requesting to be in the RIF list so I can have another start.
My department is not targeted and not sure if they will lay me off with a package.
Maybe mid year, who knows, but there is not a drop of motivation left in me.
Hopefully one less person gets to keep their job while I sail to new open seas….
Notice Period
I am not able to get it from the HR site. Eliza is also not helpful in this aspect or I am no good in using Eliza - who knows
Waiting for the 401k matching credit (or should I) and the bonus check. Foregoing the RSUs
Questions are
- What is the notice period for SVP level employee?
- This year we have 25 days vacation - can these days be used during the notice period - including other time off benefits like Work from Anywhere, paid Safe time and other - are they prorated
- How does benefit work during the notice period -
- Am I still an employee (and rules bound) or can I be employed elsewhere in parallel
- Most importantly, how does compliance work in terms of trading - they can no longer terminate me ... This I wont HR will answer or Eliza can interpret
- Since I am leaving voluntarily how does the NDA and IP impact me during notice period and AFTER that (most importantly)
Deadline for Merit Increae
I didn’t have a meeting with my manager regarding my bonus or merit increase, and I was wondering if anyone knows when the deadline is for those discussions. Will a compensation statement still be released if there was no bonus or merit increase? I found this a bit surprising, as my year-end review was “Meets Expectations” and the feedback throughout the year was very positive.
Who decides the raise and bonus for GSRs at Ford?
Does anyone know who determines the raise and bonus amount for GSRs? Is LL6 or LL5 or the company set a guideline each year?
Do I have to repay the retention bonus if I was fired?
The retention bonus should be paid back if the termination was voluntary by the employee. But I was fired. So, do I need to repay it?
Anyone has retention bonus agreement from 2024?
Bonus payout in March - What is last day you need to be employed.
Hello-
I'm lucky enough to have found myself another opportunity and trying to determine what is the last date I need to be employed to get my bonus.
Who is resigning after receiving CIP?
I’ve heard anticipation of departures following bonuses this year…and I plan on being one of them. Already have the resignation email drafted, and as soon as that check clears I’m hitting send. Who’s coming with me??
When to provide notice and still get bounus
I have received another offer and plan on leaving. However, I want to ensure I still get my bonus. What are the rules around that and when should I put in my notice? I obviously can’t ask HR or my boss this type of question…
Ch-ch-ch-changes
Reviews locked, then comp locks, then MIP memo, then bonuses pay out and then the big shuffle… who’s ready to dance?
LOA and bonus
I’m on STD/LOA and will be for a few more months, do I still get a bonus from last year?
Stacked rankings
I heard what makes the new evaluation system different is 15 percent have to be marked low performer while in the past it was 10 percent and that it has always been stacked. Is that true? It seems like there are many more steps for managers this time. The bonus thing isn’t a big deal when the bonus was often nothing to begin with
Bonus eligibility on severance
Anyone know if former employees are bonus eligible while on severance? Said employee made it through the last day of eligibility as a WF employee in 2025. I have heard rumors that those impacted may get a prorated bonus; however, there is nothing in their severance paperwork. Any insight welcome and appreciated.
What to expect? Comp?
Citi is my first job at a large bank post-grad, so looking for some perspective.
When I joined in August, I didn’t get a sign-on bonus but was offered a “target award” to be paid in February as long as I’m still employed through the end of this month. Two weeks ago, Workday showed an amount under “Target Award”, but I checked today and it’s now blank. Merit Plan= 0.00% , DIRA left blank
My manager also said we’ll be talking about comp today or tomorrow.
Should I be worried about not getting the target award or about job security? Is there a normal reason the DIRA amount would disappear? Also, is this the right time to ask about a salary increase, or does that usually happen after a full year?
Any insight would be appreciated.
Cash bonus down - but got stock
What is this bs where they lowered our cash bonus but gave a few shares of stock I can’t sell for three years? What a joke.
