Lotta chatter about a possible reorg. Any sense of timing and how broad it might be (targeted teams vs broader restructure)?

Trying to understand what to expect.

Any news on layoffs/RIFs? Bonus/Raise? Hoping the Client Management/Sales area is taking less of a beating but I doubt it.

People are mentioning everything from next week to March as potential layoff dates for KMEP. I'd just like to know if something is really coming to be prepared for it, and also not to worry if it's just rumors gone wrong.

Some say it's all done, but I have my doubts.

I'm wondering if there's a way to predict if you're on the list or not. Such as less work, avoidant manager, things like that.

I'm thinking it's a certainty by now, but if I'm wrong, please let me know.

I haven't heard or noticed anything unusual. Which doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things. Not that I'd be surprised if it's real.

hey everyone, I’m a new grad here and I got a job offer from KPMG to start in September but I’m hearing rumors that they might push start dates back and possibly even withdrawal offers. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this before? Thanks a lot.

Way too much uncontrolled uncertain chaos. Tons of lame misguided of both decision and indecision. Coulda woulda shoulda not sure so layoff. Hire from other banks……oooppss…they went somewhere else now. Umm stick with the layoff plan I guess.

I see so many posts from people wanting to leave for somewhere "safe." Hate to break it to you, but that place doesn't exist anymore. Everyone's laying off. If you hate it here for other reasons, yeah, go find something better. But if it's just about layoff fears, you're probably gonna be disappointed wherever you end up.

I see many of my coworkers saying they plan to continue WFH despite the mandate. I'm jealous, honestly. But as the only income for my family, I can't take that chance. If they get fired, do they have a safety net? What's the thinking there? Genuinely curious.

If you're still at Gainwell, you should be actively looking elsewhere. This place offers nothing but uncertainty and shrinking benefits. I'm honestly shocked more people haven't left by now. I'm working on my exit and can't wait to be done with this place.

After working on this project for two years, I have serious concerns about the successful delivery of the CE1 project.

I'm honestly curious as to why becuase it's always started around this time for the last like 8 years; but haven't heard of any groups being hit hard. I mean yeah, layoffs are a constant thing at Dell but I'm talking about the "big" layoffs they have twice a year. One of which should have already started by now..

There’s talk about job changes and possible layoffs on the 19th, and the sudden shift in communication lately doesn’t feel normal. When leadership starts moving differently, there’s always a reason.

So I’ll ask what others may be thinking but aren’t saying — what do you know?

Have you seen the signs before? The random one-on-ones, increased leadership visibility, vague messaging, restructuring language, or sudden urgency?

Please share any updates. To summarize: there are reports from some posters re visit cancelations, no zone assignments, and lighters schedules. So far it appears that only CA and PA were mentioned. Since 02/19 is next week please share any information if known.

For what it’s worth, I’m glad it wasn’t today. I appreciate the extra time, even a day makes a big difference when you’re preparing for the worst.

Today we had a rather disturbing EAP meeting for teams who recently lost leaders as a means to check in. While the sentiment was nice it quickly turned into , IS MY JOB SECURE?
To which we were met with nothing short of WE DONT KNOW! There a chirpings of the FEC family engagement center being shut down . I’m sure that this was the heads up today

Should we expect more tomorrow? I'm completely confused. All I hear are contradicting rumors.

What will happen to apla after CS departs? I work there and I'm worried. CC is only interim and rumor has it she's made it very clear she doesn't want a geo leadership role.

Can anyone offer any insight?

We'll go crazy before this is over. Normally, I wouldn't care as much, I can't stand my job, but have you seen the unemployment numbers and job market lately?
