HC is flat to Q2 at 229K . Excluding Banamex still have 9K to hit Bora Bora targets.

I got an offer letter yesterday and they just pushed the start date of all external hires to Jan 2026. WTF? Looks like a way to fudge their headcount numbers

Probably multiple locations and sectors including technology may be impacted not just HCOL
