Question for the group

If the board put it to the masses for a vote.. Would you vote to suspend ALL bonuses and pay raises for a year to avoid a RIF? It’s all or nothing, if we vote to suspend bonuses and raises.. nobody gets them.


As a former Cigna employee...

...it feels a little better to know that this company is also sh-----g in it's employees who've been around longer. I feel less picked on. Maybe we have been getting the HCSC experience all along.

Unfortunately the foot soldiers of the company are the ones suffering. They do the work and still struggle with day to day expenses.
