We're losing jobs in one place, but they're adding plenty new jobs in other places. Wouldn't a simple hiring freeze accomplish the same cost savings without destroying morale and losing experienced people?

Finding a new role took me many months and it was terrifying. Severance runs out faster than you think. Everyone should be putting money aside now because the job market is terrible.

Now everyone is looking to leave. People are openly talking about their job searches at work. The atmosphere is totally different, like nobody believes in staying here anymore, and for a good reason. Its the worst Ive seen it.

Confirmed by an employee, at least one tpr store in TX was just told they are closing permanently in 3 days.

It’s clear that the amount of greed here is at the top of the list. This company will fold within a few years.

The majority of the team is gone, and only a few people remain. I genuinely do not know whether being laid off or being left behind is the worse outcome.
