Leaders

These senior leaders do not realize or care that they are messing with people mental health. My anxiety is past my threshold. I can not focus and to top it off can’t enjoy my PTO from all this stress!


Too many or too few?

Most of the people think the delay is because too many people accepted the offer, but what if it's the opposite? What if they need the extra time to decide how to handle involuntary layoffs? Or am I just being paranoid?
