So, received announcement for POD 3.0. It seems to be a “every account for itself” model and creating technology silos. If a POD needs XYZ skills; the POD is supposed to build that skill, even though it may be existing somewhere within Kyndryl. Current practices that support multiple industries being broken down to fit this POD model.

CIO announced that she is leaving
It sounded like she chose to leave as she has a "next role" lined up, but CareFirst will have an "acting CIO" for the time being, Not a great sign.
4th Qtr Revenue Decline
Expect a double digit revenue decline from Q4 2025.
This will no doubt result in layoffs being pushed forward at a faster pace. At some point this company has to look around and realize customers aren’t happy and change directions.

Worried about T's future
Is anyone else concerned that poor leadership decisions are putting the whole company at risk? I enjoy my role and my team, but the strategic mistakes are piling up. We need a change in direction quickly.
There are big leadership meetings onsite next week across. Take however you want.
Hearing directional change. Don't know what that means.
Change Wanted
If existing employees want positive change why not give examples of how Chevron violates safety, policies, and procedures that are supposed to protect the work force. We all know if complaints are made to management they are covered up, buried, and the whistle blower is punished.
MBA Role Change
Talks on a previous thread of the MBA role absorbing OOM duties creating the new Operation Facility Manager role. Can anyone verify this? Another question is what happens in store with an MBA and SMM only? Do MBAs just take the ops portion from the SMM? Would the duties just be the combination of the two roles or are any other shift of responsibilities off of this role onto another?

TES Cascading Meetings this Morning
Hearing there are org change meetings today. Surprised that no org changes have been announced when new CEO “officially” starts on Feb 1. Walmart is running laps around Target and they just announced a huge c-suite change last week. Target has a lot of work to do and they’re taking zero aggressive action to drive meaningful change to compete.
May 3rd
Beginning May 3, the company will implement one of the largest structural changes in its history, driven by the adoption of Oracle software and a shift toward a more siloed operating model.
Verizon needs to reidentify
We have identified as phone gross adds for years. Thats all the investors can see is additional income vs churned income. It greatly effects the companies numbers. We need a change from that sort of idealogy. All kept customers in the network matters at this point. Allow sales and commission sales to follow this idealogy. You can say I'm wrong and fail or hop onto the bandwagon and show people the power of keeping people prove me wrong...let's have fun with this.
Field transformation - Project Mirage
First week of February announcement of RVP and DPR position being eliminated. New role “Senior Operations Manager” to replace RVP/DPR. DM role will have average of 25 stores that reports to new SOM.

Big Changes Across Org Next Week
Goodspeed everyone.
Change your priorities!
I’m going to join the rest of you in Technology! PNC wants me in the office 5 days a week, no problem. Just to let managers know, when my shift ends, I am not available until the next business day at my starting time. I simply cannot make myself available during my commute into work or after work or on my personal time any longer. I have over an hour commute to and from work. I need to change my availability to be there for my family. It’s unfortunate because this is not something I wanted to do, but in order to accommodate my family I had to make some changes just like PNC had to do. As far as technology is concerned, I don’t think any managers should be reaching out after office hours when issues arise. It’s unreasonable to have employees come in the office every day and get home after 6 o’clock and then have managers calling you because online banking is down. My cell phone will be turned off.
what is something out of the norm for your department that you’ve noticed that they never did before?

Eur-asia region
Hi folks,
Is there any news if EurAsia structure will continue? Any news on OLM and RLM structure? Recently lot of Eur-Asia LT changes.
The Market Has Spoken. Leadership Isn’t Listening.
The market is at all time highs and our stock is down 3%, back to $24. Exactly where it was a year ago. Zero progress while everything else runs.
Banks across the board are downgrading the stock to “sell.” Wall Street has no confidence. Employees have no confidence. Yet leadership keeps pretending this is working.
How much louder does the message need to be? This strategy is failing. The stock is dead money. Morale is wrecked. Talent is leaving.
Enough excuses. Enough doubling down. We don’t need more spin. We need real change. Now.
New reorg started before Monday

Trying to trust the reset
I'm still not convinced Dan is a bad thing for this place. I think it'll just take some time and pain to get where he needs to be to see the positives. I could be wrong, but I'd rather wait to make my judgement than make it right away and proceed to stress over things I can't change.
Cube Farm = Death to loyalty
I retired early from CVX as an engineer at 52. Luckily I started a side hustle that turned into another company that gave me the outlet corporate world didn't. Spouse is still there as a 30 year engineer and on Monday he gets to walk into a open desk space with just his laptop and squat. Cube farms for all and no more private office after 20+ years. How are others feeling about this change? Is it changing your mindset about staying?
Nothing has changed with Dan and nothing will
I’ve watched a steady parade of senior leaders come and go, and after a while it hits you that there aren’t any truly new ideas. It’s the same playbook over and over, just repackaged with fresh buzzwords and a shiny new label. I can’t count how many times I’ve thought, we tried this five or ten years ago, they’re just calling it something different now. Once you’ve been around long enough, the pattern is impossible to ignore.
RTO Updates
Has anyone heard anything more about the in office changes?
What will next week be like?
Do you foresee more mass layoffs? Reduced benefits? Or maybe some positive changes?
2026 organization changes
I am in the PMR and have heard rumblings of “changes” in 2026. Anyone heard anything about what these may be?
Big changes in Jan 2026?
I’ve heard from four different people that something big is supposed to happen in January 2026, but nobody would give me details. I’m curious what they might be talking about. Any guesses?
FYSA: Mr. Schulman, H-1B visa price hike deemed lawful by federal judge.
FYSA: Mr. Schulman, H-1B visa price hike deemed lawful by federal judge.
A federal judge has rejected a challenge to the White House's proposed $100,000 application fee for H-1B visas. The court ruled the price increase is lawful, citing the president's "broad statutory authority." Separately, the Trump administration announced it will end the lottery-based work visa system in favor of a new weighted selection process. Officials claim the changes will prioritize higher-paid, higher-skilled applicants. The updates follow months of shifting guidance on fees and restrictions tied to the visa program, which is widely used by technology companies to hire foreign talent.
CFO Change
In a surprising move, our CEO has appointed a new hotshot CFO with a global business background, replacing a seasoned executive with years of experience at MPC and MPLX. This change could be a response to performance concerns or may signal a significant shift in company strategic direction. If the latter is true, it raises the question: Could more long-standing MPC/MPLX employees face a similar fate in 2026?
