People are really underestimating how much AI is driving job cuts. Salesforce reportedly used AI agents to lay off 5,000 employees across marketing, product management, data analytics, and even its own Agentforce AI division.

How do you find out what the average base pay for the role in current area is. The range is so wide and confusing.

Does taking meetings from the phone and using outlook on phone to check email count towards activity usage? I do this frequently when commuting in the train and am wondering if this contributes towards activity usage?
