Is that the new strategy?
Speed is a myth
Louis and the whole EC and the CMO bang on and on about speed yet they work at a snail pace themselves. Examples (1) sales people in America were supposed to be on the 365 crm system in April (originally it was supposed to be January) and now it is... — read more
Time for a gut check.
Ladies and Gentlemen, always go with your gut feeling. Don’t rely on or listen to the rhetoric that you read on these posts, you will never know if they are friend or foe from within Xerox or even the industry. Do your research and have a “gut... — read more
Why do you stay if you hate Xerox?
I understand it's not easy to find a job, but if you invested half the energy into a job search that you do into hating this place, you'd be fully employed somewhere else by now. And you'd be a much, much happier individual. Do yourselves a favor... — read more
The clock is ticking

Get out now
I was at Xerox for about 40 years as a worker bee (non-management). Retired in 2020 after waiting for a vrif or irif package that I was never eligible for ( for one reason or another). So I left on my own accord (at 62). Best thing I ever did. ... — read more
Departments that have Checked Out
I’m sure there are numerous, but the 360 app team is a total mystery to me. No one responds to emails or messages. It’s impossible to get any answers to XDA or FMP. I am starting to think none of them know the programs and aren’t able to answer... — read more

Sales
Just some honest feedback — there’s been a noticeable amount of negative talk about coworkers, and it’s affecting the work environment. Also, there’s a tendency to get involved in things outside of your role, which can come across as overstepping. It... — read more
What's Going On?
Can someone briefly explain what is going on here, you see the stock going up and you've got X posting on LinkedIn. How Xerox and Lexmark are award finalist etc. Are they delusional or are we missing something or what?
Marketing on a Mission
Global sales kick-off but yet we are listening to our CMO about horse-racing and bourbon?! Then just shouting lots of a number and more me, me, me …. The session started so well but now …
Take the VRIF or hold out for the RIF?
Which would you choose? I'm not sure how much truth there is to the rumor that severance goes away after Chapter 11.
Stevie Severance
Ole SB got $2.2m severance paid out equally over 24 months, plus cash cash ABP bonus and family healthcare for the 24 months. Not too shabby for running a company in the ground.
Simple words
Xerox is in the process of being sold.

The same thing happened at Tandy/ Radio Shack.
No surprises. Identical thing happened to Radio Shack, it’s like a rerun of a train wreck in slow motion. Everyone thought it would be okay. Didn’t turn out so well. Especially if you had a battery of the month club card. Not good.

Severance will disappear after Chapter 11
Just remember when Chapter 11 hits and severance goes away you were offered a VRIF when you are walking to your car after a IRIF hits you.
Don't just sign up for the irif, do your research
