I lost two truly competent people on my team - we are certainly going to feel it.

Anyone else hearing how big an impact today's layoff is/was? I know of at least 2 managers in the call center that were given 30 day notice today and were told there were a lot of others as well.

Just learned managers must have 15-18 direct reports, directors 7-9. There are many managers with only 5-10, directors, 3-5. I think we will see consolidation.
