Does anyone know when we’ll be able to see our bonus payslip in workday? Not until 2/11?

2026 comp
Anyone had comp conversations already?
Why not a single email from Deanne K? Why bonus is a bit later this year? And when is the stock grant?
KR’s change program coming full circle
KR’s change program coming full circle
Stock now lower than before she joined
Paid off. She got her bonus.
Merit
So we have some AIP info, but has there been any discussion as far as merit increases in March?
Average pay increase/bonus based on reviews?
Wondering what’s the “average” pay increase / bonus adjustment for each of the performance categories.
I know this year (and is typically) a let down, but what are the numbers from the low end of “did not meet” to the high end of “far exceeded”?
NOV Workforce is Family
NOV always claims their 'Workforce is Like Family.' Then, when they hit a bump-in-the-road, family is slashed down to the bone, meanwhile, upper management still gets their bonuses.
4Q 2025 displacement bonus
Did anyone that was displaced last year get info on their bonus? I was eligible but my manager did not get any bonus information and referred me to a generic HR email that referred me back to my manager.
I’m confused - bonus
I’m so confused. None of my bosses / leaders have said anything about no bonuses. I haven’t received any emails about no bonuses. But on here there’s so many posts of people speaking with such authority about no more bonuses.
Is this still just a rumor? Or has something been shared?
No Bonus!!
Bonus and scorecard is a history!
Can anyone share what bonus we are getting and how is it going to be fair to everyone? if my boss decides to give more to his favorite person at the team, that’s possible now.
Specialist Raises
I heard a rumor that specialist will not get raises again this year, just the same b.s. bonuses like last year! Does anyone care about us not even keeping up with the economy? How rich do you need to be Marvin?
Bonus
How are those bonuses?
Recent Layoffs and RRP
For those recently laid off that are bonus eligible, did they give you a bonus for all your 2025 work or offset you not getting one somehow?
Bonuses
If you were displaced in January, do you still get a bonus?
Did you get the 2% raise? Market rate adjustment or no raise?
Just wondering what others received. Did you get a bonus?
Determining resignation date for bonus
The bonus plan states you must not have resigned or be on notice period on the award payment date, which is defined as:
"Calendar date on which payroll initiates delivery of the non-deferred cash portion of an award or if an award is solely in equity or deferred cash issuance of the award to a participant."
Does anyone know what date payroll initiates delivery?
Vesting period
I absolutely hate that bonuses, pay increases, and RSU take until mid Feb and almost all of March to vest. it's so annoying
Bonuses/Raise predictions.
Let’s hear bonus/raise predictions for 2026….
My prediction
Healthy bonuses
High performers - 15%
Moderate performers - 8%
Low performers - 3%
Low inflationary raises for older high earners regardless of performance
Youngish high performers - 10-15%
Youngish moderate performers - 5-6%
Youngish low performers - inflationary
This years bonus payout?
Wondering if they announced yet. I heard it's going to be 150% not because of company performance but from the fact that so many employees are pi---d off they are using it for people to stay. Before everyone jumps on me for being a bitter ex employee, they wouldn't be continuing to lay off people if they were doing well plus I was very grateful for my severance package!
Disappointed
Disappointed in the firm. Not only was I reimagined , received a demotion and changed from salary to hourly, but that put me into a category where my merit raise is about 1% and bonuses are half of what I used to get . Not to mention the force back to office 4 days a week, tracking your location when you open up documents. Since when did this turn into highschool?
Why is this happening? I have been at the firm a long time. Nothing like this has ever happened. So much for work life balance
STIP Date / Comms
Has anyone been told their STIP payment or know the date/timeframe?
Risk value ops
Dr Frank mentioned layoffs on the “normal cadence” and said 90% should be done already. What is the normal cadence? Right before bonus rrp feb/march?
AT&T to hire 400+ bilingual employees, with $1,500 sign-on bonus for hybrid work
https://www.dallasnews.com/business/2026/02/02/att-to-hire-400-bilingual-employees-with-1500-sign-on-bonus-for-hybrid-work/
About to be hired. Do we get a bonus
Do associate levels get bonus? How about senior associate? Finance
When expect to get everything promised from severance package
Got severance last November, it said unused vacation, service pay per year, and performance based bonus payout PAYG. So far only got the first two, not PAYG. When to expect to get it? Will it be paid ? If not, where to file claim?
Intent to Resign After Bonus/RSU – PTO During Notice Period
I'm planning to submit my two weeks notice after my bonus and RSUs have vested and been paid out. Would I still be able to use any accrued vacation or sick time during that two week notice period?
Year end reviews
How are comp statements and bonuses looking this year?
Can my last day of work be on a Saturday?
If I don’t get laid off tomorrow (Tuesday 2/3) I will resign on bonus payout day 2/13. I have another job lined up but they are very flexible on start day. I need to give 30 days notice at WF, can my last day of work be Saturday 3/14? Or do I need to work until Monday 3/16?
It’s unlikely that I’ll be laid off tomorrow unfortunately.
Profit sharing (ps)
Do you folks in the US get another PS lump sum in addition to the Dec bonus? Is everyone entitled to it? How much do u normally get?
Advice/Intel from anyone who has been laid off
Hi, I have been feeling super nervous about some of the things I have been hearing around re-orgs within the company and am fairly certain my position will be eliminated.
For those of you who have recently been laid off by CVS for that matter, hoping you can share some wisdom..
How did the process go?
Did you get your bonus from the previous year (if you are eliminated before it is paid out)?
Were you given adequate resources to find another role internally?
Anything specific I should ask the HR person if I do get notified?
Any intel would help. I can see the writing on the wall and trying to get myself as prepared as possible. Thanks in advance!
No announcement about the layoffs!!!
So usually there is a meeting by AVP or above level Mgmt announcing that they are laying off x number but this time around there is no such announcement? Also no word on the bonuses... Seems strange....
Question for those formerly displaced..
If you were previously displaced, did you get your annual bonus? Or do they find a reason not to give it? I had a “meets” rating at midyear before displaced in Oct. so didn’t get an annual review due to the timing. I met the eligibility cut off because I was employed through September 30, 2025. Thank you.
I would prefer not hearing from anybody just speculating, rather people who have been displaced and can speak on experience.
If you resign before the bonus payout...
You dont get it!
Even if its within your notice period.
(unless its a retirement)
Plan accordingly!
Laid off employees bonus eligible?
Does anyone know if for those of us that were impacted yesterday if we can still receive a performance bonus for 2025?
Kickoff yearly bonus statement
What is your interpretation of the statement by CFO at kickoff —
“For every employee the bonus structure will shift to reflect the overall company performance”
How is this different from previous years? Just an excuse to water down already meager bonuses?
Year-end comp
were bonus numbers flat to last year ?
Bonuses
Will they be better or worse than recently?
Recent Layoffs attributed to losing a large contract
The irony - People who were responsible to lose the contract are rewarded with continuing employment and perhaps bonus while all people not even remotely connected are fired.
CEO and their cronies - "I take full responsibility and willing to sacrifice 2500 wonderful and talented colleagues for my stupid mistakes"
