Any others out there who was forced into Total Loss? Seems like there’s a new wave of people every couple of months. Total Loss is a nightmare. I absolutely hate it. So many people are either quitting or retiring once they hit the floor. So many of us are looking for work elsewhere. I guess that was their goal..

PWM is falling off a cliff.
We have been losing AUM in Wisconsin hand over fist. Minneapolis has experienced similar losses after their two top teams walked out the door. Texas is losing money hand over fist. Kansas City is losing assets and advisors. When is someone going to look at "leadership," and finally make some changes? I don't know if it's possible, but I am guessing they will find someone even worse to take over for DF. On BL's call, she repeated talked about the $2BN in assets that has left. What do they think is going to happen here? You cannot simply rely on mortgages to carry the day.
Stock Price down 50%
How do we get back to break even?
I feel so defeated. The shoplifters won.
Ever since the directive has shifted to no use of force my store has been getting robbed blind.
I’m an ap manager and I as well as my team has to sit and watch the thieves ransack our store and there is literally nothing we can do about it other than “can you come with me”.
The colleagues hate us now and think we’re lazy because they see it happening but it isn’t our fault.
What we are allowed to do has changed for the negative but the expectations are still high. My director continues to push for productivity despite our hands literally being tied behind our backs.
Lord I hope this changes soon. We are one of the only retailers in our mall with this policy and as a result all of the thieves come here. 35 years in loss prevention and I’ve never seen it this bad.
Charles River Laboratories Reports Q1 Loss, Cuts 71 Jobs
Charles River Laboratories recorded a net loss in the first quarter. The company also disclosed plans to lay off 71 employees. A one-time $118 million charge from asset sales led to the net loss. Without this charge, adjusted earnings per share beat expectations. New CEO Birgit Girshick introduced a strategic framework for future operations.

How bad is EM Trading to lose this much money
EM trading must su-k to lose this much money when all others are creaming. TGs leadership of Trading is equally bad to her leadership of HR where she systematically f’d the company for the long term. BP, Shell and the trading houses are all claiming industry high earnings and we lost a boat load of cash. Amazing. TG and DWW should be NSId out of the business and not golden parachuted

Grocery Outlet Closes Underperforming Stores Nationwide
Grocery Outlet announced plans to close 36 underperforming stores by year-end. Nine of these closures will occur in California. The company reported a $225 million net loss for fiscal year 2025. Overexpansion and a lack of "wow" deals contributed to its struggles. Grocery Outlet aims to improve performance by focusing on store clusters.

RSU Loss (If You Worked ≥9 Months)
Hey everyone,
Given the recent situation, I was curious (only if you’re comfortable sharing) — how much RSU value did you end up losing due to the layoffs or unvested grants?
Jim Cramer Is Out

All investors have a timeline and then they lose patience, take the loss and move on
Should we do the same, that espp hurts being down 50%..in some cases much more
In essence, it's either going down more, or will never recover, even if it does, it will take long, better to realize the loss and put the remainder into something that actually performs
AGM drama
Loosing the confidence of major shareholders isn’t looking great for MO and AM…
Q1 Over Performance
Way to go team! Our commercial team over delivered and we got a $900 million loss.
Let’s keep this momentum so we can continue to pay our ELT millions!
stock price drop
stock price dropped from 150 to 130 since Jan 31. Due to espp purchase date shift, we will lose 20 dollars per share if we sell espp right after we get it. Who made this bad decision for purchase shift?

Zacks “Strong Sell” downgrade - 03/20/2026
Zacks Research lowered OPTU from a “hold” to a “strong sell” rating this morning , which is the most direct news item today that would be pushing shares down. Zacks also issued forward EPS estimates that are all deeply negative — projecting losses of $0.54 per share for FY2026, $0.49 for FY2027, and $0.69 for FY2028 — a worsening trajectory that doesn’t inspire confidence.
The AI hype is the definition of sunk cost fallacy
Doubling down because they've already poured billions in, not because the payoff is certain. But there's a major cost and a lot of pain waiting for us at the end of this. The disruption is going to be massive on so many levels. Sure, efficiency sounds great on paper. But one of the really bad outcomes, the one not really talked about, is the loss of invaluable accumulated skills and competence. The people who actually know their stuff, who understand the systems and the history and the nuance? They'll be pushed out or made obsolete. And once that knowledge walks out the door, it's not coming back. AI can generate answers. It can't replace years of hard-earned instinct. But by the time leadership figures that out, the damage will already be done.

Ford needs to new business plan to stop the hemorrhage of profit losses or they will end up being short of cash to fund operations
What Ford must do immediately is to do away with offering any kind of implied Warranty on all new Ford vehicles offered for sale and state Ford vehicles will only be sold AS-IS WHERE IS. This bold change in Fords sale tactics will have a immediately positive effect on Fords bottom line. Because it will stop the massive cash burn to cover Ford vehicle recalls, lawsuits and other expenses related to offering vehicle warranties.
Having eliminated offering vehicle Warranty's Ford will no longer have a need for massive staffs for internal groups such as Ford Owner support groups, or groups that put together repair documents and any other groups that are involved with customer care post buyer support. With no need of these internal groups, Ford can most easily cut staff by 20-30%.
Ford needs to start thinking outside the box to determine other ways they can slow the internal cash hemorrhaging. Other wise Ford may fine themselves unable to fund continued day-to-day operations and having to file for Chapter 11 protection.
5B more net outflows in January 2026
That’s according to the release. It feels like a never ending losing streak.
Does anyone else find the Business and Distribution teams keep losses to themselves and only announce client wins… however small, if at all.
Another large loss in my country… I found out from around the industry and not from anyone in the company.

Loss Prevention
Why do we even have loss prevention in our stores? They can’t apprehend anyone anymore. They don’t actually do anything except walk around the store and chat with the sales associates. Honestly, it feels like a complete waste of money.

It's all collapsing
SMCI just ate our lunch on the OpenAI deal. We lost it strictly on price because OpenAI is finally getting squeezed on their burn and moving to a cost-plus model. It’s a total repeat of the cloud cycle where we lost the CSPs to direct ODM relationships. Enterprise AI is dead in the water—nobody knows how to actually win these accounts or what the roadmap even is. Good luck hitting quota.

Citi cites $1.2B loss on Russia sale
You don’t make up for that loss overnight. I remember when it was considered a bad idea to throw money into that region but Citi “saw an opportunity” and it turned out to be a 1.2 billion $ mistake.
Gotta chop the heads to make up for the loss. Here comes the blood bath. Good luck everyone.
All time low
And we close the year at an all time low of $2.37. Not exactly Happy New Year.
72% loss of value in a year is shameful.

FIS lost their biggest client: Franklin Templeton Investments Transfer Agent
FIS lost the FT TA contract, their largest which includes Customer Service because they could not successfully provide the kind of service that FT financial professionals and their shareholders were used to receiving. FIS platforms su-k, the rollout of the new websites was equally bad. So many top producing financial professionals moved their business out, that FT is in the process of taking back their TA. It is a sh*tshow of the highest order. Didn't see this mentioned in this thread. Everyone who was moved over to FIS, will now have to try to get their jobs back at FT. The legacy FT employees did not cause this, but they have to live with the consequences which includes layoffs in May of 2026, if not sooner. Will the shareholders at both locations notice? Which line items on the budges will reflect this total failure? How will FIS sell this one?

How much did AT&T lose on Time Warner and DirecTV?
Months before it sold Warner Media to Discovery, it spun off the satellite broadcaster DirecTV, another prong in AT&T's media strategy, with a loss to shareholders of about $49 billion. By The Times's calculation, between the Time Warner and DirecTV deals AT&T has squandered close to $100 billion!!!
How do we lose soooo much money and still have the same dum dums at the helm!???
