Was anyone told that merit increases were not going to be given to 3's this year? Was told it was company wide. Is that true?

Common review and not a boss baddie
Some of the WFH bosses don't even have fingers. I wouldn't sweat it. Just milk them dry. Just a bunch of old washed up hussies on an ego trip. The experience is more complimentary on a resume then a .50 raise.

My boss scheduled a 30 minute meeting with my direct report tomorrow at 5. What could it be? Are they being laid off? Am I? My performance review is on next week, , could they just be getting their perspective on me? This is making me so nervous!
