Is this like CEOs of the business line and up? I found the salary chart and it says 33 and above do not have a pay scale. I assume 33+ negotiate their entire employment/contract with the company then and are not considered like regular employees?

I was hit in the last RIF. They used the “position elimination” excuse which is interesting since they did a department reorg a month or so prior. Sent in my release form on Oct 2nd. Did not receive payment until the 22nd.

The WARN act requires companies with over 100 full-time employees to give workers 60 days notice of layoffs. Is anyone filing an EEOC claim?

It was a simpler time. I was just sitting here wondering if that actually happened. And wondering if it will happen again. I joined in, added “I didn’t even know we had a reply all button” to the melee. It was a career highlight for me.

How does optum pay out per diem weekly salary for time after the last day in office to separation date. Do they calculate an average?
